for the last 2 weeks been voting for a friends pet, not once was she above 20th place, all of a sudden this morning I can no longer vote for her and apparently the below was the reason for removing her, this is a **** as you can only vote once a day on the free votes and you have to be registered to vote so no one can use another persons login to vote. "Thanks for entering Abby into Cute Pet SA for November. Unfortunately Marie their entry was removed during our Elimination Round for not adhering to the competition rules. One is not able to vote using the login and password details of another user. Should you wish to take part in Cute Pet SA again please adhere to the Rules and T&C's."

So another day later, and after 2 more phone calls, we are told her sim has been switched off due to an outstanding amount on the account instead of suspended, note that my father's sim card service was reinstated about an hour ago and they are both on the same account number. I have called and mailed Cell C (see email proof below) since the 22nd of May to make arrangements about the 2 contracts due to the fact that my father passed and he was the sole breadwinner in their household, my mother is only on SASSA and cannot afford these contracts by herself. We assisted her with the payment due for April, this was made on the 9th of May. I also emailed a letter written by her and attached my father's Death Certificate requesting assistance to downgrade these packages (excluding devices) to pre-paid services with absolutely zero acknowledgement or feedback on my mail. We moved insurance companies last month and the service I recieved from the consultant that unboarded us to Virseker was exceptional. However, calling today as my 18 year old son got stranded on the side of the road with a wheel breakdown. Called the Road side assistance 3x times, on the 3rd call it was to cancel the tow truck just to be informed that a tow truck was never requested, meaning an hour later my son was still on the side of the road with absolutely no assistance. This is pathetic and I have no words!!!!!!!!!!!!
I made a payment on an order on the 13th, my credit was not enough and therefore the balance of R210 went of my bank, according to takealot the payment was not received but I send proof on 3 occasions with no feedback. According to FNB the payment has gone thru and they cannot reverse the payment. My order was cancelled with no credit for the R210. I am at my witsend from frustration.
<p>I purchased a TELKOM data card 100GIG for R600 pm in October 2016.</p> <p>Had no problems until Mid Dec when I was unable to connect. Long story about his bank having an issue I actually made the payment for Jan 17 into an FNB account instead of the Std Bank account.</p> <p>Needless to say that not had any connection still with the promise of him being in the process of moving al his clients over to MTN as TELKOM had terible service.</p> <p>He ows me a refund for 1 & 1/2 months to the value of R900. I have requested a refund numerous times and to date no refund has been processed.</p> <p>Whenever I call them I am told that it will be done or there was a problem with the bank etc.</p> <p>I Believe this guy scams people into deals and then wangles himself out of it - I will not and do not suggest anyone to purchase from this company.</p>
I contacted Cell C on the 24/4/2015 to confirm cancellation of my contracts after not getting my queries resolved for almost 8 months. <br> <br> I recieved a letter on that same day confirming that both accounts have been paid up and closed. I called him to confirm that I will no longer be contacted by them for any outstanding money's and that they will clear my credit record.<br> <br> now after weekly phone calls and sending that same email back to them I have been handed over to a collection agency.<br> <br> I am waiting on the national credit regulator as to what I am to do next, as this has now become a very serious problem and I have no other means of dealing with people who are totally incapable of doing their job!!!
