Service provided by Ocean is to be highly commended. Helpful, friendly, efficient in providing me with a quote and had comprehensive knowledge of the product that I was interested in.

Absolute Professionalism
Our old pool developed a terrible crack and we had to have it redone. We obtained a couple of quotations for a marblite pool and decided to go with Curtis Pools, they were not the cheapest quote that we received but Russ Curtis made the difference for us. He was straight forward and gave us comprehensive details of what they would suggest and was realistic about the timelines. It was most definitely the right choice and we are over the moon with the new pool. Russ and his team are professional and their standard of work is excellent. They deliver what they say they are going to deliver. We would most definitely recommend them.

Shocking Service - Card Fraud Dept.
<p>My debit card number was used in a fraudulent transaction involving a hotel booking in Ireland made through Booking.com.Other than having obtained my card number (likely from the web) there is nothing to show that I allegedly made this booking. I absolutely didn't make the booking and reported the transaction as fraudulent to the bank as soon as it came through on an SMS on my phone.The name & contact details for the booking aren't mine and I have no idea who it was. Of course the guy didn't show for the booking nor was he contactable, so the hotel charged the full amount as a no show. Despite having no evidence whatsoever (other than my card number was used, not even the actual card),Standard Bank tells me that I am liable for this charge - a whopping R27k. I think it is just ridiculous and they haven't even bothered to investigate this matter properly. Am going to take this further, how can they make you liable for something you didn't do?Just madness. This is what you get for being a loyal client for more than 20 years. Will be moving all my banking to one of their competitors. </p>
