Order not received after having paid
Be careful before ordering from this business. I have been waiting for 4 weeks for my order and it was a large amount I paid. They do answer emails, promising delivery, but it never happens.

Helpful staff
Staff were helpful and when I applied for a refund (no fault of theirs), there were no problems with and it was resolved speedily. I will support them again.
