Requested that my Vodacom fibre line gets relocated. Did not give the one calendar month notice as I was not aware of it, so that was my fault. Ask Vodacom for assistance as I am working from home with nothing received and had to make alternative plans. Just to find out that they are offering NEW clients free LTE internet until their fibre line gets installed, but nothing for existing customers that ask for help? Well done for trying to keep your customers happy!!! Your obsession with getting new customer and neglecting your existing ones will not get you far.
My additional credit card was stopped by the bank after I received one sms informing me to submit a copy of my wifes ID who uses the card. The sms looked very dodgy and I ignored it because I thought it was a scam. I never received any further communication from the bank after the sms. About a month later they just cancelled the card without any warning. I phoned fnb and submitted all the proof they needed the same day. A lady from fnb phoned me back and said she will follow up and make sure the problem gets resolved as soon as possible. It is now four working days later and after numerous emails and complaints to fnb without any response form them the credit card is still not reactivated. Being a client for over 7 years without missing one payment on my credit cards, home loans or car loans, do you really think the way you handle me is fair? Is it really so difficult to just phone me back and tell me what is going on and to activate a credit card? You reading this message, will you like it if your personnel cards got stopped by the bank without any valid reason leaving you unable to pay for stuff on a daily basis?
I have a additional credit card on my FNB account for my wife to use. I received a sms asking to submit a copy of a ID document to a email address, which looked a lot like a scam because it stated as previously communicated and I have not received any previous communication from the bank, so I ignored it because I can't submit personal documents based on a sms sent to me. FNB sends out all the warnings about fraud and scams, so I was sure this was a scam to get personal information to commit fraud. I never received any follow up phone calls or communication from the bank. A month later the credit card just got stopped without any warning from the bank. Phoned them and they said it was stopped because they sent me one sms to submit a ID and that was it. Is this really FNB's way of doing business?? SMS'ing clients to submit personal information? How safe is this after seeing fraud and identity theft happening on a daily basis. FNB will not see me for much longer. Spoke to people on Investec who only gets the best client service and their interest rates beats FNB by miles!!! Etzard Grimbeek

Be carefull of these guys. Look like they just change their name and go on scamming people. Also goes by the name of Aeromax trading and Cursu Taurorum. They are selling online share software with a monthly cost of R275 as well as a once off amount of R27500 which is reserved on your credit card. According to them you will pay all the money back within a month or two and they give you R5000 to start trading shares. Luckily I asked told the guy to leave my house as I am buying shares myself and know how it works and the info given by him was totally incorrect and way too fishy. After he left I read the complaint report on moneyweb about the company. Use the following numbers: ********** , ********** 705 (always off), ********** , ********** .

http://www.moneyweb.co.za/in-depth/investigations/complaints-mount-over-company-selling-share-trading-software/

I purchased 2 Michelin XM2 pothole guarantee tyres in Nov 2014 at Tyremart in Centurion. I hit a pothole on the weekend of the 25 of April which caused a bubble in my tyre. On the 27 of April I went to my local Tyremart in Secunda to get it replaced. They tried to get me a new tyre but was told that I am not registered and that I must get registered from the Centurion branch. I did it and on 29 April 2015 I received a sms that I was registered. They refereed me to Tiger wheel and tyre because the are out of stock. They tried to claim again and again I was told that I was not registered which was done for a second time and I received a sms again from Michelin on the 5 May 2015 to say that I was registered. The claim was submitted to Michelin and a guy from Michelin phoned me and promised me that I will have my tyre on latest Wed 20 May 2015 only to get called again to say that I am not registered. I registered again for the third time and received another sms. Now I am registered but was told by Tiger wheel and tyre that I must get a new tyre in Centurion. So 5 weeks later and still no new tyre, what happened to drive to your nearest authorised dealer and get assisted immediately?!?
