Really important and inflexible. They don't offer anything more than paid for Linkedin which is cheaper. I cancelled my subscription late but they 463825 to refund me. Very dissatisfied.
I used their branch in Paarden Eiland in Cape Town. They were friendly, kept me up to date and their service was of a very high quality. They went the extra mile to fix my Google Pixel 6A.
Shout out to Autoross for not only an excellent job but also for going above and beyond and also constantly keeping me updated. Excellent service
Like another user on this feed we are also experiencing sever issues trying to have a domain transferred. We have been sending transfer requests to them via a Mr Peter Dennis (who assures us he has regularly authorised 1-Grid to transfer the domain). This has been going on since the 4th June 2020 and we're still waiting. To say this is frustrating is the understatement of the century!
I want to suggest that Woolworths provide tills that are capable of dealing with disabled (both phyiscal and mental disability) people. It seems almost impossible for wheelchair users to navigate to the food till points at their stores. Additionally for parents with mentally disabled children (I have a son who has low function autism and can have melt downs because of the excess of input if waiting in a long line) could Woolworths allow them to use the physically disabled line?
I went to buy a latte at Woolworths in Palmyra Junction Cape Town. There was a tray of dougnuts by the coffee machine. I took a doughnut and proceeded to pay for the doughnut and the coffee. I was told that I had to pay for the doughnut at the tills. I tried to suggest that if this were the case maybe the doughnuts shouldn't be put by the coffee machines as this confuses the customers who, not unreasonably, would presume that they could pay for them at the coffee counter. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager arrived and told me that there was nothing that he could do as it was Woolworths policy not to sell doughnut's at the coffee counter. I tried to explain that not only was this illogical but it would result in people being unnecessarily upset with the barristas. Regrettably my suggestion to either change the policy or remove the doughnut's from the coffee counter was met with deaf ears. Common Woolworths, you're better than that.
