I had an accident with my vehicle. I hit a pothole that damage my two tyres, front bumper and one rim. It took the accessor a month to approve my claim after I have also tried to contact the accessor, also with no response. After I eventually got gatvol, I got a response from the supervisor whom got the mail claim approved, AFTER A MONTH. One of my headlights were not working properly. I informed them and that is where I started with my dispute. Up to date I have not received ONE call or email from Budget regarding my dispute. If I dont follow up and leave requests for somebody to get back to me again I will here nothing. How can a headlight claim take almost 2 MONTHS. Its ridiculous. Budget Vehicle Claims gives NO SERVICE, NOBODY GETS BACK TO YOU, , YOU NEED TO PHONE AND FOLLOW UP AND AGAIN NOBODY CAN GIVE YOU ANSWERS AS THE AGENT WORKING WITH YOUR DISPUTE IS ALWAYS ON LUNCH AND THEY WILL LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR HER TO PHONE ME BACK BUT THAT ALSO DOES NOT HAPPEN. I have now again requested for her supervisor to get back to me, lets see if that is going to happen.
I would like to write a review about Platinum Life. They are always helpfull and understand that live happens. Thank you for assisting me not to loose my bonus that I have forgot about. Thanks again. Good doing business with you. 5 Star service

They have phoned me and mislead me by telling me that the government has approved the interest rates to drop and that they are here to help me to qualify for this offer and save R2000pm. I believed them and only after the debit check has been done and I received and sms from them I saw that they are debt counselors and that they have now without my knowledge pt me under Debt review. They mess up my credit score and my credit record. They don't respond to telephone calls or emails. Within minutes I have cancelled the serves when I realized what they did now . Within minutes the ****ed up my life and now its taken forever for them to fix it. If you phone you hold on forever costing me a lot of money and you stay caller Nr 1 forever. Then you need to hold on some more and eventually they ut you off and you need to start with the whole process again. I have reported them to the NCC. Stay a way if they phone you
<p>I have loaded a claim for a tablet with Csurance via email. I have received a Ticket ID on the 20/06/2017 but up to today no responce. I have tried numeours time to phone, hold on for more that an hour with no answer from a aganet, I have send about 6 mails again with no responce, I have contacted Cell C but they cant help either, so up to date I have no responce from Csurance and I still have a broken tablet. What should one do?</p>
