<p>My car broke down on monday,5 December and it was towed to Audi Centre Johannesburg.I was told that my car will be examined and i will be called for fedback.The day went by i recieved no feedback until i called the next day.i was told there is a problem on the gearbox and they need to order the part to fix it.Today,08 December i called for a follow-up only to be told that the part is ordered from Germany and it will take up to 10 days to have it delivered.On the first day i asked for a loan car as i have to go to work and drive my child to school.I was told there are no cars,there is a waiting list.Since monday i have not been going to work because i do not have a car.It is December i have made travelling plans and i find myself stuck.Today i was sent a loan form to sign but the problem is it requires a credit card which i do not have.I called Damien,a guy who is dealing with my car and told him that i do not have a credit card.Also i do not understand why should i rent a car when its not my fault that i do not have a car.i cannot be renting a car on behalf of Audi.I dont understand why there should be money coming from my side when i should be getting a car from Audi while they are fixing mine.so because i do not have a credit card i cannot be loaned a car?that is a lousy excuse to say the least.</p>
<p>I ordered a book a month ago,April 14 and i have been waiting for delivery.i have sent endless online follow-ups with no one responding as to when i will recieve my order.its even difficult to get through the phone.when i finally got through,17 May i spoke to a lady who was blaming me for not calling the offices to trace my order,for not calling the office to opt for courier services.why should i call the office when i made an online purchase?why is there no courier option online?how was i suppose to know?now i am told that my order is in Soweto post office when i stay in Roodepoort,the address i gave when i purchased my order.nobody seem to care that i have been waiting over a month.no one takes that responsibility but now i am expcted to drive more than 25km to the ****hest post office from my home.i am really appalled by the way i have been treated as a customer</p>
I recieved an email notifying me that my contract is ending end of February. If I want to cancel it I must call.So I called on the 15th to cancel and I was told my contract will be cancelled on the 14th of March,which I never understood why.I called again on the 24th to request that my contract be cancelled month end as per my contract and a person I spoke to didnt even care to go through my account but bluntly told me NO I cant,nothing more.Same day I went to a gym with my daughter,she was denied access becos I cancelled my account.I called again today to find out about yesterday's incident...only today I am told the last 2 people who handled my cancellation were wrong . yesterday was the last day to cancel my account month end as per contract and they cant help me anymore.It wasnt my fault I cancelled on time and now I have to pay for March which I wont even be able to visit a gym due to relocation. It doesnt make sense to go to gym without my daughter who is denied access whereas I paid begin of the month as usual.I would like to cancel my account with effect from 29 February
In December 2015 I called to have my loan debited early on the 15th instead of the 25th because I got paid early.Which was no problem at all to change.The lady I spoke to advised me to call before 15 January to reinstate the usual debit date which is 25th to avoid being debited on the 15th again.Today I called Home loan section to change the date back to 25th.I was told I have to write a letter stating that and I have to send it through after the 18th.First of all it doesn't make sense why ahould I submit a letter after the 15th when my account would have been debited already.2.In December I was not told about writing a letter but I was advised to call and the date would be changed without hassle.I even told the lady I was talking to that I do not have access to the emails/fax at the moment until after 15th which really didn't bother her at all.She kept on telling what I must do,what she is telling me to do.I dont understand why is it an issue to change the date on the system.The most annoying part is I was never told about writing letters otherwise I wouldn't have paid early in December. She did not care about what I was telling her even when I told her how unhappy I am
I cancelled my contract last month on 22 November 2015.I asked to have my number moved to prepaid but until today my number is inactive.I have made follow-up calls to have my number reinstated which I have been promised to be done within48 hours after my call but until today.Worst of all my account has been debited this month while I dont have a contract with them anymore or using their number for that matter.Even the bundles I paid for last month were taken back by MTN.This is daylight robbery.I want my money reversed,they can keep their number if they want to.I have been begging them over a month but not my money I want it back.Such terrible service one has been recieving lately from MTN!!!
