I had such excellent service from Amara at Eye Supply today! I can honestly recommend buying your contact lenses online. It’s cheaper, your contact lenses are packaged properly and arrive on time. Amara is such a wonderful asset to Eye Supply.
I have just phoned the Sharecall number at least 6 times. I follow all the prompts and finally it rings for a consultant and then cuts off every single time. How much money does a pensioner have to spend phoning you. I made a purchase - I never received the OTP on the banking up and my payment has not been made. I need help today not tomorrow if I needed it tomorrow I would have phoned you tomorrow.
I recently had an accident and my car was repaired by DentXpress. They kept me up to date every step of the way with text messages so I knew what was happening with my car. I could not fetch my car when it was finished and they offered to fetch me or deliver my car. I asked for delivery as I am a pensioner. They brought my car back promptly. Went through all the work done, told me my battery was a bit weak and that I should start my car every day. It was beautifully clean and the work was excellent. They fogged the car before leaving due to Covid. After the accident which shook me up I was so grateful to receive such great service. From Tanya at Reception, to Brad who sent me photos and Marco who delivered my car - all so very professional and helpful. This is the second time over the past few years that I have used their services and it was great every time. If you need a panelbeater consider DentXpress as so many people I know have had negative experiences that I thought I would take the time to write a review and I also wrote to my insurer to advise them.
My Maximaid 800 is washing and draining but it will not spin. I contacted Bergren who repair washing machines and they collected my washing machine. The problem is apparently a sensor. They were initially told there would be a waiting period of between 8-10 weeks (a long time without a washing machine) as you had to backorder the part.<br> <br> Today I received another call from them to say that they had to return my washing machine (not repaired) as Defy have not numbered the sensor and without the part number they cannot order the sensor. So tomorrow they will be returning my washing machine without it being repaired. <br> <br> I thought you were a South African company and that parts would be freely available. How can I literally throw away a washing machine that is about 2 years old just because a sensor is not picking up the spin cycle. <br> <br> I tried to phone Defy myself this morning and the customer service from the Spares department is non existent even after I tried to explain the problem. <br> <br> I need this machine fixed. I am a pensioner and not able to buy a new washing machine every 2 years.
I cannot tell you how many times either my daughter or I have unreadable parking tickets. Surely this needs to be looked at as it delays us. In my daughter's case, she has a hearing problem and struggles to hear the person who answers when you push the button for assistance.<br> <br> Most of the time, we enter the mall from the John Vorster side next to the garage. Please investigate and fix this problem once and for all.
Wow management team! What awesome service from Nonhlanh today. This lady is utterly charming and an fantastic waitress. She really made my day today. I hope that she is well looked after by the management team as she is a true asset to your restaurant. We felt that nothing was too much trouble for her, she served us with a great smile and attitude. <br> <br> I am not sure if you have a rewards scheme in place but I cannot think of a more deserving candidate.<br> <br> Well done, Nonhlanh!
