I have been struggling a year with one of my accounts that the was not restructured according to the court order. Then Cynthia got my plea and after a phone conversation it has been sorted. Thank you Cynthia you are a light in a very trying process.
I am so done. I have been struggling a year to explain that one of my accounts are over charging me. They send the statements to them and the over charge is on the statements. Now I have to send proof. Everytime you send an email it goes to a different consultant. You never speak to the debt counsellor only consultants. I am really done. I will not recommend this company ever and I still have, hopefully, just over 2 years left. I made extra payments informed them guess what it still shows the outstanding amounts. Honestly don't know why I am paying them
I have ordered a hard drive for my computer as my old hard drive broke. I use my computer for a second income. Hard drive was delivered and when we installed the hard drive it did not work and made a clicking sound. I logged a return on the 14th and phoned several times to get this expedited. Still no communication from Makro. I am now losing money and customers and my good name because Makro just doesn't care. Yesterday I was told that they have a backlog, that is no fault of mine. I was given the head office number which is not answered. I am so frustrated, disappointed and upset with this very poor customer service. I am at a point where I will be laying a complaint at the CPA. Please don't use Makro Online, poor service, poor quality product, poor after care and overall customer care.
Terrible service bought a hard drive as mine broke and I need the computer for work. Now I am stucj with mo computer and a broken hard drive. They are just laughing at you when you get upset. To refund will take 7 - 14 days. Thanks for jo income. You will never ever see me again.
My mom has been struggling to upgrade. 1st done online, no word from Vodacom. Phoned to follow up on upgrade after speaking to 3 people the last person said she is on a new system and can't assist the person working on the old system is busy and will get back to us in 5 minutes. 5 days later we visited a Vodashop. We couldn't upgrade due to the quotation that is open. We phoned and was sent from pillar to post to get the quotation cancelled. Even the great sales persin struggled. Eventually after 3 hours and phoning all the numbers we got it cancelled. Went back to Vodashop and wanted to a trade in. They couldn't do it. The feedback we got now is that is an early upgrade and it won't work. We upgraded 3 years ago the device is paid off. We are due for an upgrade and on none of the trade in t's and c's it mention that it will only be done by end of contract. Vodacom your service is terrible. My mom has been with you for 18 years and this is how she is treated.
Terrible service. I have been waiting forever to get feedback. Did not even get a reference number. How do I get this people to react. I need my car and there service are not cheap
First of all if you have only one teller that needs to manage enquiries and banking then there is a problem. I am very upset with the unprofessional treatment we got at the Secunda Mall Branch. My son needed to renew his bank card. We went to the other branch on Saturday and they were offline. We then went this morning to the Secunda Mall branch. You are not allowed inside until they know exactly what you are there for. Only one lady working. We stood in the queue and when it was our turn the person who had to authorize told us that it is our fault that the queue is that long because we can do this through the app. Mind you I have been at ABSA on Saturday no mention and was stopped at the door before entering no mention. Please start managing your staff and on busy times like month end maybe have more than one working. This branch will not see me again.
I applied for a business loan on the 1st of October 2020, went to the consultant assigned to me and signed papers on the 2nd of October 2020. On the 9th of October 2020 went and signed surety for the loan. Loan was approved and waited for the surety to be approved on the system. On the 21st of October 2020 followed up, surety was approved now we are waiting for the contract to be done. Followed up weekly since then. Today is the 6th of November and still no contract. Does it really take a month to get a business loan. I am so disappointed with ABSA.
