Worst service and unreliable vechicles
We are new clients , everything went smoothly from application,deposit and 1st month Payment paid , we went to pick up the car, upon inspection with sales rep, we saw both front tires had absolutely no tread on, the sales rep said we must get qoute send it to them for approval to have the tires replaced , which we did in the first 7 days we had the car , we saw a oil leak on the engine we took photos and sent it's to the sales reps, due to the location of the oil leak we said we dont want to drive the car further as it can lead to major engin damages, we also in the 7 days gave qoute for the tires, reported that the car lighter and also USB port in car is not working at all, our sales reps said they will give us a lend car so that they can fix our car, but they can only exchange on 1st and 15th of a month, we took the car back on the 1st march got the lend car,first they wanted to charge new deposit as this car has fewer kilos on but we said no because we dont want the car just have our car fixed, the sales rep said they were not supposed to send car out with that poor quality check, we for a loan car, this cars also has so many issues, the brakes scream,when u stand still they car rev on its own, doesn't have a back light,car lighter and USB port also not working , it's been 3 weeks and still nothing has been done on our car,know they keep pushing us to keep the loan car which is also not up to standard, we are very very very very disappointed in the services we received in the 2 months we have been with sa motor lease , we choose you because of all the good reviews but know we are stuck with 2 cars that's none reliable and also pay alot of money a month for poor services and cars that's not reliable and save

Bunch of ****s, the directors threatens you if you do not remove bad review , please wake up and smell the roses , what you and your company is doing is against the law, to with held paid orders just because a bad review was submitted and the you have the nerve the call and threaten client , go ask your lawyer you also keep bringing up what the law says before you start threating clients

Most ********* bunch of people they send a rejection form due to judgments, so for 6 months now talk as we where rejected , to our surprise they have flagged us that we are under debt review, never informed us after the rejections, months of back and forth fighting they send documents to NCR that proof we are eligible for debt review , know they want me to send proof of income, proof of address and my expenses a month so that they can go to court and have the flag removed , what a bunch of **** DEBTLINE is the worst ********* company there is and nothing protects us
