Technical support is non existent. I need to do welding and wanted to know what I need to do. I tried phonong the technical support team and it keeps ringing and ringing but as soon as you dial new sales boom someone answers. Very poor.
Vodacom is just plain useless. You can't get hold off no one on all their numbers. Eventually a kind lady from business department had to run around to try and assist me with a collection dating back to 2004 (prescribed debt) which I'm now forced to pay almost 20 years later if I want to clear my record. Last time I will make use of any of their services.
They do not want to refund my R5000 deposit because of a internal error made. I spoke to so many people who keeps escalating but I don't get my refund. Your message does not make sense. I need my refund for my deposit paid on a vehicle for Midstream not Silverlakes. I will try and explain so everyone can understand: In March 2022, I went to the Dome to buy a Bronze Polo Vivo (Dean Sales person) Donovan Bradfield (The Dome) sent me a Whatsapp stating me he found a vehicle in better condition at Silverlakes but I have to register, pay R5000 and bid on the vehicle, which I did. I won the bidding and Donovan arranged for the vehicle to be collected from Silverlakes by the Dome's driver and I requested that the finance process be started. The finance process took almost 3 weeks in which I requested cancellation and Donovan advised that I would lose my deposit. I decided to continue with the finance application and contacted Wesbank to find out why the process took so long and was advised that the problem was with the F&I at WeBuyCars. I contacted Donovan and the finance was eventually finalised and deposit paid with F&I (Shaeeda @ the Dome). Vehicle was collected and is in my possession. I then again wanted another vehicle from webuycars and communicated with Donovan to secure it as it was in the Midstream branch. He took too long and I paid a deposit of R5000 to secure the vehicle and engaged Enrico to start the finance application after viewing. The application was declined and I requested my deposit back. What you are referring to does not make sense as I have the vehicle for which you state I lost my deposit on for the AUCTION in my possession. I also have audio & WhatsApp's between myself Donovan & Enrico which confirm that there were 2 transactions and the first one was an auction for a VW Polo Vivo which I now have and the second transaction for a Bronze Chevy Utility for which I was declined on finance and require my deposit back. Please resolve your internal issues and refund my deposit on the deal that has not been successful.
