It not a catering issue. It’s one of the drivers (Adrian at Petronella Fine Dining and Catering that bumped me Loren Cloete while I was not even in the road but standing alongside of the road, if it was not for my boyfriend it could have been worst. On the accident they (Anelie) promised me to take care of the dr. appointments and to pay me for the time I am not at work, because I am not permanent and my dr. letter does not count yet. I was paid for two days by Petronella (Anelie) and had to go to Dr on Monday because my arm was worst and had ex-race taken. Dr booked me of for another week, now Petronella does not pay anything they say they don’t own me anything. But there driver bumped me on my way to work, I am the only one working and have to pay rent and eat, how am I supposed to live if they don’t care anymore. It was said the accident was reported at Kabega police station but to find out it wasn’t. I am not going to stop until they take care of me what they promised. Because I am walking with my arm in a sling how am I supposed to work? I was kind enough not to open a case because I could have, but they made promises they could not keep. I was so looking forward to start collecting my small garden you get by Checkers if you buy more than R150. I went all the way to Ch. MetLife on Sunday just to spend R450 and they told me they have no more small garden pots left. not even did they say you may come collect them when we have. and thank you for spending R450 by us. they try to draw people to their store. but add on TV does not say until stock last!!!! I am really disappointed. I WANT MY POTS !!
I have canceled my Hollard Legal aid in Feb. but up until today they still take money out of my account. and its 29 May 2018. I phoned them to query it and spoke to 3 different agents and still nothing sorted out. I need someone to phone me back that can resolve this problem. cause I want my money back. they can phone me on my land line ********** 807
This morning 23/03/2018 I tried to withdraw R300 from Capitec teller in Kabega at Hunters spar on our way to work. I put in R300 and it showed R3000 then I cancelled it and the R3000 went out of my account and received no money out of the teller. I could not understand thought they made a mistake and the money would be put back, like in the past when this happened. But nothing. I got to work and phoned them because on my way to work I could not get through to them. They told me I can expect a call sometime next week. This same thing happened to a college. He never got his money back from Capitec bank. I am closing my account with Capitec. Because this is unacceptable. We all work on a budget and now this must happen. I am gone make sure this goes national if Capitec don’t pay my money back. I work very hard for my money just so that it gets taken away like this.
I bought a jumbo Pack of Pampers nappies and the pack was damage product was leaking and did not absorb the urine as usual. they sent me a R100 voucher which I need to drive R100 petrol out to collect but I did not collect it, cause I stay on smallholding far from town. I asked them for a replacement pack last week and no reply ever since. I am not happy with the R100 voucher. and want a replacement pack delivered to my work address. this is going on for about a month. my friend had a complain about another product baby related stuff and she got hers within two weeks. why do I need to wait longer than a month to have this sorted.
I had a debit order that went off this morning and I have no idea who took the debit order. I am unable to reversed it from my PC cause I am unable to get the app on my PC due to security reason for the company. but I do all my online banking from my PC. the lady that I spoke to was so un helpful. all she said is , I must go to the branch. and the last time I had debit orders reversed they helped me. I am very unhappy with Capitec, it makes me want to change banks.
My sons phone was stolen the 17 November 2015! today is the 07 Dec 2015. Cell C said they tried to phone me and they got no answer. well I think it s bull, they are trying to make me the bad one and I am sorry. my phone is on 24/7 and if I get a miss call I phone back. no missed calls on my phone though. I need this sorted out I will not stop until I gets what is fair.
it was my first time that I have shop at Checkers Hyper Baywest mall. its a lovely place lovely service at the teller. but when I got home and packing out my things all my frozen box meals like, fish,pies,chicken breast ens. boxes was damaged. I could not even pack it nicely in the fridge. I am an very unhappy customer. the staff suppose to know how to pack groceries! the Frozen Boxes was mixed with tins and glass bottles. if it carries on like this they would definitely loose customers. I've spend R2500 their yesterday and think it would be my last. I wont go shop their very soon.
I bought a new phone at PEP on the 09/11/15 for my son. He got robbed with his phone on the 17/11/15. We needed to blacklist the phone within 24 hours and open a theft case because the police do not do anything unless the phone is blacklisted. But Cell C doesn't want to blacklist the phone because my details are incorrect on their side!!!!! I phone PEP were I bought the phone and on their system everything is there. So not sure were Cell C gets their information from. I am very discussed with Cell C. by the time they help me my sons phone is long gone and no help!!! Lots of time was wasted. I want my son's phone or Cell C will give me the same phone because they are taking forever to help me. It gave the thieves enough time to get the phone not to be traced. I am very DISCUSSED with Cell c.
