After claiming my dining reward on the DSTV rewards program, I was directed to TLC Marketing as partner to choose my dining experience by selecting the restaurant of choice from their website: https://tlcdiningrewards.com After numerous attempts and logging a ticket with their support team I am still waiting for them to resolve the technical issues and it has now been more than 2 months without an answer or restaurant code to apply and claim my promised dining reward: ref support+idVXX6X0-M2L5R@tlcmarketing.zendesk.com
Unreliable and never on time with delivery. Just empty promises. Will never recommend. Unfortunately not my choice but the partner Makro selected for on-line purchases.
Excellent price, good service, friendly staff. Easy to update or make changes online or on the app.
