I just started last week, not much change yet but I Do feel the difference when I take the tummy toner. Appetite supresser, don't feel so hungry, will give it more time to see the result. Also still figuring out a meal plan.
Good day , Ref: ********** 00001 , ********** 561 ,I emailed telkom on the 2 November 2017 to cancel an internet service ,which was not done,i called December to confirm was advised to Pay R 198.15 and there after the bill will be rectified. I received a December bill which was still not rectified ,I once again called on the 22 December 2017 an reset the forms Nomvula Dlamini request i email her the documents which i did , still no response .I then called again spoke to Bernadette Isaacs on the 8/1/2018 , emailed the forms again disputes was logged, however it was rejected due to no order number,Cancellation department has no means of contact but an email address , so i emailed all the forms an the bill today, I called accounts who will escalate again , Really not happy for the poor service how many time should one call an send form for cancellation,Im giving 48hours for this to be resolved before i go to the ombudsman Regards Feroza
My mothers contract.In September 2014 we gave new bank details for the debt order,however since then till February 2015 they could just never get it right to load a debt order and requested a bank statement ,I advises we will pay in cash.In this week one of the cell c agents at the call centre went an loaded a debt order with out my permission and on the incorrect date too.so I have now incurred bank charges of R138 due to there incompetent staff and I would like to cancel the contract because I can guarantee I will have the same problem for the next 24 months or have my mothers account credited with the R138 or to be reimbursed in my bank account.Cell c offers nice packages but all staff is incompetent ,if this was my company i would fire them all , worse service ever received from them , its the worse mistake i could ever have made to continue a contract with them.so tired of visiting the store with the same problem,if they dont get it right this time they will never.
