They are useless and thieves. Ordered 9 weeks ago our items, they just forgotten about us. Now we are battling to get a refund. They don't communicate with you. They take your money, and don't do the work.
We paid R40k to insert 3 aircons in Sept. In Nov two of them gave issues, it is already Jan, and we still battle to get them to fix it, and then they expect us to pay for some of the parts as well. This company is not recommended.
We wanted to buy a Giraffe made of stone, there was no label on the Giraffe when I saw it a few weeks ago, and when I went to check today, there was still no price tag on the giraffe. I call someone to ask them what the price where, and he called someone and he said R1990. So I asked him again, are you sure it is for the Giraffe, he asked again, and confirmed again the same price. So I said I will take that, plus another item, that was supposed to be delivered. When we want to pay, then suddenly the giraffe is R5690. So we said, but you quoted us twice a different price, it don't work that way. They called the supervisor, who just said, oh well sorry we quoted wrong. Call his manager, same story. So we left both the items, as the giraffe is definiately not worth that price. Where is the days, where you actually man up for your actions. If I quote a client a wrong price in my store, I WILL TAKE THE LOSS. But abviously customer service MEANS NOTHING TO LIFESTYLE GARDEN CENTRE. I will rather drive further to go and do my shopping somewhere else, then to buy at a place that don't care about there clients.
We have ordered 2 Windows, a bath sliding door, some loose pieces of glass and a glass for the glass door from them. The 2 Windows and loose pieces of glass were fitted, then everything when down the drain. Bring the incorrect size for the glass door and the bath sliding door, then came back with the correct size, but the bath sliding door, were not ours that they forced in. Now we sitting with a dented incorrect sliding door, and they refuse to come and fix this. The glass in the door, they can't put the silicone properly, and they have broken our door handle. Unfortunately we have already paid them. And they refuse to do anything from their side. Even contacted the GM, and he is also as useless. The GM is Jack. They guy who "fitted" the stuff is Albert, and the sales consultant is Thelma.
I bought two of the same items from them, 20 days later, one item is delivered, the other item they delivered is completely something else. The two items are not even remotely the same, so don't know how they messed that up. Unfortunately, we only realised this when we open the box. Immediately lodged the return, two days ago the item was collected, when I followed up on it today, they didn't even know the item was collected firstly, secondly, they expect me to wait another 20 days for this. This is not acceptable. This is not my fault they can't pick the right item. Now the person who told me this, don't even have the decensy to respond to my mail, and won't even try getting me the product earlier.
