Bonitas is the worsted of the worsted I join Bonitas in September and have had problems with them every since the network hospital keep chancing (removing and adding hospitals) with out notify you if i download the list from My user login i get different info to what the hospitals are tell me . the list said go to hospital X and that hospital states they are not a networks hospital , But that is small section of problems I go to THE NETWORK GP and he gives scripts of medicine required but all claims are rejected on meds stating "it is not one accute meds list ' the doctor then asked what equivalent meds can be used as he the doctor does know anymore maybe" Bonitas knows better than him" . Bonitas needs to really looks at what is good heath care and a good medical aid (not the con-artist they are Please Bonitas remove your TV ads A.S.A.P. as it is false advertising
For 8 month now we have been fight with Momentum and the Medical Aid /Gap cover broker Trulogic, Somerset West. When we do get answers from them, the 2 parties contradict each other. The Momentum call center, the agents there even contradict each other with information provided and the poor service will continue. As for Trulogic - The Trulogic office lie to your face , over the phone and emails, they also provide misleading and contradicting information between themselves . The “ Trulogic’s ” know better than the medical doctors and hospitals out there on what “medical devices are to be called and classed as” . When pushed into an corner about their lying they then simply remove themselves as your brokers at the medical aid. This disgraceful service should not be allowed to continue doing business like this. Disgraceful service from both parties. I would never recommend either company (Trulogic, Somerset West or Momentum Health) to any one.
Phone was send in for repairs and the phone was spotless externally and after a month Vodacom cannot fix the phone now they say: " UNIT HAS ADHESIVE OUT SIDE AS IF UNIT WAS OPENED, SAFETY ***** IS MISSING. POSSIBLE UNAUTHORIZED REPAIR" nothing was stated anywhere that the phone was damage on the outside. You are the worst company ever! I cannot describe the absolute frustration and anger I feel toward this company. I spend thousands a year on my contracts with Vodacom and I never fail to pay my accounts...not even once. And this is how you treat your loyal customers?? Please do me a favor and go and check my account. FIX MY PHONE!!!!!! your ARC damaged it . It is the first that will not phone you back of give you contact details of management. The ARC thinks they are lord almighty themselves. they damage phone and refuse to repair their damage blaming others for their poor workmanship.
I had a laptop couried by Postlink . Postlink completed all document and i was informed that all fine and and the laptop will delievered the following day . On receiving the wrong parcel the driver of courier company (which was a different company as to what was adverdise in Postlink store) the driver stated that he unluckly left the laptop on the bumper of the vechile at his last drop off point , he then drove back to collect the laptop which had fallen in road and was damaged (not repairable). Postlink then stated to me that the laptop will be replaced and i must get quotation on the replacement laptop - which was handed into them. After a few days postlink requested banking details so that they can finalise the claim (money is going to be paid into their account first then they will transfer over to our account). After weeks of been given the run around and hundred of un answered calls . i was request to have the old laptop picked up (which i had to get collected and hand in ) . The owner of Postlink became rude and said that they will only pay out 50% of the value on the laptop am should be happy as no parcels can be insured - Please don't ever use the services of Postlink
