Scam
Zeone Burger is a scam artist, be warned. Once you have paid, at best you will be lucky if The Lightbulb even shows up at your wedding.

Bad Service
Been trying to get hold of them since August 2021 (now November). Emails are ignored. None of the numbers are answered. What pathetic service.

Good Service
Had this unit in my car for 4 years now and never had any problems. And when i activated the position lock via the app and forgot to unlock it again before departing, i would recieve a phone call a few minutes later making sure everything was okay. Very happy customer

Poor Service
I applied for a cheque account with all the "easy moving over" promises. Started getting a whole lot of FNB sms and eventually got a SMS saying that my card is ready for collection (2 weeks later...). It was supposed to be delivered so phoned FNB to find out where to collect. After being transferred from bank to courier to courier to bank i was told that they don't know of my application. Went to a branch to try and find out what is happening just to find a que longer than home affairs and almost an hour waiting time. The "easy switching over" is false advertising in my opinion and the service is shockingly bad.

Double debit
I've been with vodacom for many years. It happened earlier this year with a debit of R4,500.00 for data that I never purchased. All the phone calls ended up not going anywhere. I moved on with life after being robbed of my money. Last night I got double debit order for my account. What is going on at that circus? Fortunately my contract with these thieves will expire on 2016. Looking forward never to deal with them again.
