Man, I was so excited, we finally bought our brand spanking new Color Laser printer for almost R7000 yesterday evening, after eyeing it in my wishlist for a bit, but now we just have to wait for the delivery and we will enjoy it to its fullest. However, even though I added it to cart from my wishlist, it wasn't removed from my wishlist (but who cares right!). Well, this morning I got a notification from the Takealot app stating that the printer is now on special for R460 LESS than what I paid a few hours ago. Now, I fully understand that the price will fluctuate, I am fine with me paying R460 more because I bought yesterday in stead of today, but do you really have to rub salt in the wound by sending me a message basically saying: Hey, you supported us earlier so we just wanted to let you know if you waited a few hours you would have save R460. Really? I really only expect some sort of recognition that it was a bit of a d*** move to send me a notification, but I will now be a lot more weary of supporting Takealot before buying, well, anything really. Should we just wait for a sale and only buy then? I mean, my package have not even shipped yet but there you go, you wasted R460.
My Landline and ADSL was requested for cancellation on 9 April. It was FINALLY cancelled on 9 July (SMS confirmation was sent). However, I am still receiving an invoice from Telkom for the ADSL every single month to the amount of R431. My reference numbers for BOTH cancellations are ********** 3 and ********** 2. I received confirmation that BOTH was cancelled in two seperate SMS's on 9 July.
I requested the cancellation of my copper services (Telephone Line and ADSL) on 9 April via the website after going to a Telkom shop and being told I must do it online, as well as phoning and being told to do it online. Reference numbers: ********** 2 and ********** 3. It has been two months and I am still getting billed for BOTH services! I do not want to pay for the rental AGAIN for June, what does it take to cancel my services? Why must I go to Fibre of Telkom LTE if I will be billed for that AND the services I want cancelled? TELKOM said I must upgrade to LTE but now I still have to pay for ADSL?
Our bike was sold to Honda Kyalami 2 and a half months ago but we are still awaiting payment. I have been phoning every single day leaving messages, emailing the FD Jacques Botes but he never gets back to us to even just have the courtesy to tell us WHY you are not paying us, or even if you are planning to pay us at all. We contacted Honda Customer Care but Mandisa also never gets back to us. Why is Honda not paying its customers? Our bike has already been sold by the dealership but we still don't have payment. What is the problem? Is Honda South Africa facing issues? Can you PLEASE just let us know WHY you have decided not to pay your customers? It is getting ridiculous phoning your dealership AND head office every single day and no one bothers to give us an answer. Every single time it is "we will get back to you" yet you never do.
