If I could give no stars, I would. My father in law was admitted to the hospital, and we continuously phoned to try and get information about his condition and asked if the doctor could please phone us, as we live 400km away. Eventually, we drove down to Durban to see how he was doing. The staff were very unfriendly and despite my husband giving them his number and requesting that one of the doctors (at least 4 different doctors charged for visits) phone him, we never received any phone call. Every time we phoned, we were told his vitals are stable. The only phone call we received from the hospital was at 21h00 one night to tell us my father in law had died and the nurse demanded that we immediately arrange for the body to be removed. How callous is that? I would NOT recommend this hospital to anyone.

This is a newish business based in Bloemfontein. They sell gluten free products. Their products are fantastic. Their service was quick and efficient. After I placed my order, my products arrived within 3 days and we are not in a main center. Their products are reasonably priced, easy to make and taste great, you can hardly believe that they are gluten-free.

The company keeps you informed about the state of your order and they are very efficient at dispatching your order. Their products are of a high quality, I've never been disappointed with anything I have ordered from them.
Lintech installed fibre into our business premises in Piet Retief 4 weeks ago. After repeated telephone calls and emails, nobody from Lintech has assisted us with a public IP address to link our business into the system. This is beyond shocking service, because the service simply doesn't exist. We have had several phone calls to the helpline and each time a different consultant promises to get back to us with a solution to our problem. We are still waiting. We signed a contract for 200mbps and are currently being supplied 9mbps. I would definitely not recommend this business to anybody.
When booking Greyhound premium from Pretoria to Piet Retief, we were not informed that be would have to board a shuttle bus to Park Station. The Eldo shuttle bus arrived 45 minutes late. The bus was in a shocking condition, it was dirty and smelt of urine, it seems that the on board toilets didn't work and were overflowing. The seats were cramped and there was no control over the luggage in the hold. People were just left to take their 'own' luggage. At Park Station we had to wait for 1hr30 minuntes before the Greyhound bus finally arrived. The Greyhound bus was a vast improvement and from then the journey improved. The bus was supposed to arrive in Piet Retief at 13h30, but only got there at 15h30. We will not be traveling via Greyhound on this route again.
I have been a customer at Volkswagen Vryheid for 15 years and have always received good professional service. However, it seems like the franchise has changed hands and the service has severely deteriorated. On Wednesday 16 March 2022, I took my Volkswagen Jetta to be serviced. The booking in was satisfactory, although there was only one staff member accepting the vehicles, in the past there has always been 2 very professional staff members booking in vehicles. I was phoned to say the vehicle was ready. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle there was one staff member in sight, who was totally disinterested in me or rendering me any service, instead she was playing on her cell phone. I had to wait an unacceptably long time before finally the service adviser arrived. The first staff member encountered made no attempt to inform the service adviser of my presence. Upon inspection of the motor vehicle at home, I discovered that the oil on the dipstick was only 3/4 full. After a service you expect the oil on the dipstick to be at the full mark.
