Having dealt with Xco in previous years, there's always been an issue with the delivery of the ordered stock. This year I had the pleasure of dealing with Chevaughn Labuschagne. What a difference to the previous years. All stock delivered on time, all stock delivered in the correct sizes we ordered. Thank you Chevaughn for restoring my faith in your company.
I don't know why I'm constantly surprised, but it's an absolute pleasure to deal with Deirdre. I've been doing business with her for a few years already, and every time I deal with her I have the most efficient service. She's friendly, extremely efficient and on-point with all her advice, quotes, email returns, etc. I will never use anyone else and we use her for our organisation as well, and the service there is absolutely no different. Thank you Deidre for always being so attentive. Pentravel is lucky to have you.

<p>Had the displeasure of dealing with Sean and another, can't remember his name. Went yesterday, (Wednesday) having trouble with my Outlook, was told to return with the software to load. Was told by Sean it would take 1 hours to fix.</p> <p>Arrived at the store 9:45 this morning (Thursday) with all the necessary stuff. Was once again told 1 hour. At 11am was called by Sean "we have to do stocktake, so we won't be finishing your computer" . I told him that they told me yesterday afternoon and this morning it would take 1 hours, as 1 hour had passed, I would be there to collect my computer at 12.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I arrived at 12, the other service agent, whose name I don't know, told me my computer was not done. When I asked why, I was told "stocktake is more important". </p> <p> </p> <p>Interesting service they have at this branch. I will never put foot there again.</p>
