This company and Jesseca Carter is a scam. She posts on forums on facebook advertising services to get documents from home affairs. Quick to invoice, but after that just excuse after excuse, with zero delivery Do not use her services, she will take your money and deliver nothing
Do not use the services of Jesseca Carter. She advertised on facebook in expat forums that she can obtain marriage certificates within 10’days She’s quick to promise you the service and send you an invoice, but then nothing happens I paid her and now she’s not delivering, not answering my calls or whatsapp messages. I don’t know if i will ever get my documents from her Do not use this service!
I had a contract with Vodacom that expired and I requested to change it to prepaid. I ahd to reuqest this 3 times via the call center and eventually resorted to twitter, and was finally helped by the team there. However, they moved my number to prepaid and with that my account ended up in a pre-legal status. Even though the agent promised that a credit would be passed on my account I then had to go to a store, which I did and they told me to pay the outstanding balance - which was for Sept, and which i actually didn't have to pay. I wanted my phone to work, so paid the amount It has now been 9 days, without being able to use my phone. My number is still suspended. I have now been to the store again on 2 occasions and have sent many messages to the team on twitter, but nothing This is really shocking! Can you please just unblock my number and get my phone working again?
Homechoice debited my account this month, unauthorised for an amount of R605.43. I never signed up or bought anything from them, so no idea where they got my bank details from. But this is clearly wrong and fraudulent I now had to get it reversed by FNB which is costing me as i need to pay the bank charges to reverse something that is clearly Homechoice's error Please rectify immediately and remove my bank account from your system. Debit reference was HOMECHOICERID 0006995867200821
Dstv reactivited my account without my instruction or without me knowing and have been debiting me for the past 2 months without my consent i have now been trying for weeks to get a refund and to get a service cancelled that i did not ask for and that i don't want. I have spent hours on the line trying to get someone to sort it out.
