Ordered a black raincoat with leopard print lining from the website when it arrived no leopard lining but horrible back and white blocks. Reported it immediately and package was collected for refund as they admitted that the print I wanted was no longer available and that they still needed to update their website with the new lining. When I enquired about my refund was told that the courier fee would not be refunded to me as I changed my mind ???? What nonsense their pictures total false advertising on their website. What a bad shopping experience.
Such bad service MTN collected my debit order late and then just suspended my line because they collected the debit order late. What if I had an emergency and could not dial for help. Terrible will not be renewing my contract with MTN
Placed an order for cloth face masks was supposed to be delivered on 29 april got delay notification as one of items was not available so now delivery only 12 may ?? Logged request to split delivery so that available items can b sent in the meantime . This option not available via takealot even though this is listed as an option to select. Such an advanced company cannot facilitate split delivery even with such an essential item . Also no warning at ordering of delay of one item only notification after order placed so now no option but to wait.
