I've had a problem with my FNB cellphone App. This has been going on now for 48 hours and FNB hasn't resolved anything. I have patiently been waiting and it's now 49 hours and still haven't even had anyone from the bank phone me to see if they can help. Can't believe the services I'm getting from the bank after over 30 years of banking with FNB.
I bought an inverter from Victron and it was not working out of the box and they have refused to replace it. This was about two months ago and up until today, my inverter has been more at their workshop that at my place of work. Once again, I had to take it into their workshop yesterday as it has stopped working. This has been my worst spent money. I would not recommend Victron Energy to anyone. Worse after-sales service and very unhelpful and their warranty on their product is nonexistent.
