If I could give them a 0, I would. We were bombarded by the waitress who insisted on us paying the bill because she was knocking off. She called her rude mamager who is an antagonist and was extremely rude. She threw the bill in our faces, slouched and spoke in a condescending manner. She was outright rude! This entire experience left a nauseating taste in my mouth. We were not done with our food and still wanted to have more drinks but all that was cut short because of Janie (manager) and Kgadi whose eagermess to get a tip created a bad experience. I sent messages to management but still haven't received any correspondence, goes to show they don't care.
nephew at 11:00am and ended up leaving at 12:13 without a consultation thanks to his *********** receptionist. This is a new level of unprofessionalism. I have had CLEAR communication with this lady and yet she was unable to comprehend all those comms. She is highly unprofessional, made us wait over an hour to find out she didn't even talk to Tseko in the first place. It shows how she has NO regard for patients whatsoever and isn't even accountable. I could not find a review tab on the website to write on.
I was sending a parcel to Sebokeng from Vanderbijl. Their system gave the wrong address. Now I am told the delivery area is a high risk area and I must pay more money to get the parcel delivered. All of which I find to be ridiculous honestly. Let me know BEFORE you send the parcel. They MUST clear and address all issues with addresses beforehand!
We registered a claim on the 5th of August, our car was damaged as a result of a driver who bumoed into my car at a parking lot of a grocery complex and left without my seeing. The car was bumped in my absence. We lodged a claim and TILL TODAY ABSA idirect has not called. I uploaded the required pictures on the 5th of August and the agent was supposed to come back to me but NOTHING.,
