Lovely place, lots to do and the units are great. Loved the unit we stayed in, beautiful surroundings, however, it is definitely not up to standard. The units are not maintained and cleaned properly. Daily cleaning and amenities very poor, had to phone reception for service. No management with regards to that whatsoever, I feel the cost of the units are overpriced. Rude management and poor restaurant service. This place is absolutely lovely, unique restaurant and waterpark but because of negative experience mentioned above, the stay was upsetting and disappointing.
Once again you didn't disappoint. We had a break in recently, claim was finalised within a few days. Johan Van Staden, you were a great help and went out of your way to assist and assure me that everything will be okay! You kept your word and once again I am very grateful for the client care experience. Thank you King Price.

I have been with King Price for a few years and I can only say, friendly, helpful, hassle free service! I've made some changes to my policy today and requested an overall review ; Andre Potgieter assisted me, within a few minites everything was done quickly and hassle free. A discount was also added even though I was cancelling one of the items on my policy. Great customer assistance. Very happy customer
Ive cancelled my account with Telkom 3 months ago. Paid my final account with 30 days notice. Still I am being billed and received a notice of suspension because I am not paying the account. After the 1st month I received a bill, Ive phoned in and conveniently... they were offline and unable to assist as per usual..but assured me that the problem will be attended to. I have received yet another bill from Telkom this month. I phoned in yesterday, but offline AGAIN!The consultant assured me that a supervisor will phone me today, still I have had nobody phone me up to now. Ive phoned again just a few moments ago...same story, they will escelate my case and log a dispute but cannot give me any guarantees! Seriously?? I will simply ignore the bills and emails and refuse to pay Telkom another cent for their non existant services! This is unacceptable, and its fir reasons like this I am no longer a Telkom client.
<p>Very poor customer service overall. I took a Samsung S7 in for screen repairs on Mon 07/11/2016, surprisingly on Tuesday 08/11/2016, I received an sms that the repairs has been done and the phone can be collected. At first I was quite impressed, initially I expected the phone to be in for a couple of days. When I arrived to collect the phone, it was switched on and tested by the consultant and I was informed that it is a faulty screen (which was replaced by them obviously) and that it needs to be replaced once again and that they are now out of stock. I was so dissapointed as one would expect them to test the phone first before informing the customer to collect it! She mentioned however (the manager of the department) that they're expecting stock to arrive Wednesday or Thursday but she assured me that I will receive the phone by the end of the week, meaning at the latest Friday because I've mentioned that I need the phone by the weekend. She assured me that it will be done! No communication whatsoever from their side, I had to phone and follow up regarding the progress without any luck. With every follow up there was an excuse, and not once during this time did I even get an apology. I felt like they were trying their luck, thinking that I know nothing and can be made a fool of. On Friday just after 13:00 I phoned yet again, I was told that they have received the new stock, but the repairs has not been done. I spoke to the technician, Francois, personally - he assured me that the phone will be done later that day and that he will let me know as soon as it is. I never heard from him again..On Saturday round about 11:00, I personally went to Vodacom without any communication from their side. When I got there I was assisted by the manager yet again. She was full of excuses again, I expressed my dissapointment and frustration with the whole experience, she was full of excuses telling me that they did try to phone me on Friday but my phone rang twice and then disconnected, not once did she apologise. They had my husbands number and could have phoned him also but that is too much trouble for them apparently, although I personally think that it was all lies and just excuses. I did not have any missed calls from any number, my phone does accept unknown numbers, apparently it was my fault they could not get hold of me because she assumed that my phone does not accept unknown numbers..really? They could not have 'texted' me or just try to phone again..I asked her, should I not have come to collect my phone, how would I have known that the repairs has been done..her response; they would have phoned again - again without any appology whatsoever! Keep in mind that this was 11:00 the morning, they close at 14:00 and do not open on Sundays. I've mentioned numerous times that I need the phone by the weekend. I've spoken to Francois at around 13:00 on Friday, inbetween those times they did not attempt to phone me once. That is not even the worst part, it has not been a week and the screen is giving problems. My husband used the phone before it went in for the screen repairs, the screen was cracked only but fully functional. Now he is having all sorts of problems with the phone. We are taking the phone back this weekend, however, after that..Vodacom 139 Rossini Blvd, Vanderbijlpark will never see us again!</p>
