<p>I was upgraded to a Pinnacle 150 (11/07) from a straight up 100 (as the consultant who phoned me explained that the Straight up packages were falling away – but the Pinnacle replaces the Straight Up). Yesterday I realised that my benefits (minutes; data; etc) do not carry over to the new month (Straight Up carried over for 3 months). I gave the call centre a call (02/08 @ 11:45), and was transferred left and right (to wrong departments I might add) and after explaining myself nearly 100 times, and being told that this can be reversed – I have found out that my benefits do not carry over; (and was not explained this when I was initially contacted) and it cannot be reversed. So now I feel like Cell C is stealing form me – I am paying for benefits that fall away if not used (monthly); and pay for the new month’s benefits as well. I feel cheated and robbed. Maybe it’s time to change service providers after all…</p>

<p>The past few times that we have been to Toni's Pizza in Sinoville; we had the pleasure of being greeted and served by Ronnie! He is always friendly and always cheerful! He has great recommendations and never fails to please! Big up to Ronnie for making Toni's the experience it is - definitely our reason for going back! The pizza being out of this world delicious - is a plus too :-) keep it up Toni's!!</p>
After buying a super-car track voucher as a gift for my Boyfriend's Birthday, and trying to redeem voucher for over a week with NO luck... I am now placed in the embarrassing predicament where i possibly loose my R4 000.00 and have to tell my Boyfriend the voucher is not valid?! Luckily i was able to contact the supplier - who were extremely helpful and informed me that i was not the first customer to complain and have the hassel of getting hold of adventure bookings. I have left adventure bookings messages and emails - with no response. Very disappointed and let down :(
