All queries were handled promptly and thoroughly, and I genuinely appreciated the effort taken to obtain detailed information when requested. Good Day,<br> <br> I ordered a product from you on the 27th for regular delivery to my home address. I then requested the order be cancelled so i can reorder for 1 day delivery. This was not done, i then called on Monday 28th for the address to be changed to my work address if delivered before 4pm, otherwise my home address after 5pm. i was then advised that they cannot deliver to my home address and it will be delivered to my work address before 4pm. No delivery came on Monday. I followed up with the call center because the tracking delivery advised you failed to deliver it at 09:00, no attempt of delivery was done to my work address. I was then advised it was a change of hub from centurion to Hatfield, so they can deliver it to my home address. Why would it go from centurion to Hatfield, when you had the opportunity to deliver it as promised by your notification on Monday, and then a message saying failed attempt on Tuesday 09:00.<br> <br> Poor, poor service, I have used you twice previously and never had such issues. I have effectively cancelled my order since you wont be delivering it by 4pm today to my work address.
I requested support on the 30/01/2015 for my account and till to date have had no solution made to fix the issue. The request has been escalated and still yet no solution has been made. I have now had no service of internet for 11days. How long am i expected to wait for this problem to be resolved?
