Quay one kept on spamming me with calls and I asked them to stop multiple times, finally they stopped calling me and started calling my wife instead. Honestly terrible ethics, I will never sell my house with them because of this, definitely ruined their reputation.

Completely disgusted with the FNB business banking experience. Renewed a new business debit card. The card could not be activated online or via the app as the system said the card was not associated with my account. Phoned in to activate which took 2 hours. Then they could not process the final activation because the pin number was damaged with the low quality glue issuing the pin. So went into a branch, waited 75 minutes in the queue for a 10 second fix. Tried then to make an online purchase, OTPs were not being sent. Phoned in again, was passed between 8 different consultants before they could find someone who knew how to resolve it. The operators are obviously untrained and do not know how to direct you to the correct department. I also tried to find a way to associate my business card with my app, which is apparently impossible unless you have a personal account, but it took another 3 hours of calling to find someone who could explain this to me. Thank you for wasting an entire business day, just to get a new card working.
Tracy & Kathy from Ooba were incredible in obtaining our bond from ABSA. They negotiated with all the banks and got us a 2.24% below prime offer. They went the extra mile and were always helpful and available to answer questions. As first time home owners its a daunting process and they made it relatively painless :)
