I always buy the vanilla custard because my family can never run out of it. So today, as part of my unexpected Mother's Day pampering my daughters prepared dessert for me. It's all in the video. To my shock, the vanilla custard I bought two days ago was spoiled. I thought the other bottle was already finished, hence buying more. When my daughter said the other bottle is in the fridge, I asked her to bring it. In the video you'll see that the one opened last week is still fine and the colour is brighter than the spoiled bottle I purchased on Friday with an expiry date of 18/07/2025. This already spoiled the kind gesture as I tasted it and had to discard of the whole thing. Why though?! This is not the first incident. Approximately a year ago I returned one back to the grocery store. In 2021 I reported another incident and nobody returned to me. I am very disappointed. Had I not mistakenly opened this bottle I would not have made the discovery. Please provide me with an email address I can send my till slip, photos and a video to. #NB. I paid my subscription at 07h45am on the 02/05/2025. Today my line was cut. I tried calling the 24hr number supp**** in the internet and the automated voicemail said they are not available and redirected me to WhatsApp chat. I sent my proof of payment and I was told the representative will return to me as soon as possible. That was 13h30, till date I haven't heard anything from Rain and my connection is still off.
On the 27th I made an immediate payment to Deluxe Hair Studio as per instruction when one purchases hair. This communication is all documented on their WhatsApp number that they use for adverti*****ts and communication. I made ana arrangement to find my hair ready on the 29/08/2024 as I wanted to use it the following day on the 30th on my birthday then I postponed for Friday, 30/08/2024 but also couldn't make it. I informed that I'll collect it on the 01/09/2024 at the same Bloed Street Branch. To my shock, upon arrival I was told that I need to send a message to advise that I'm at the branch for collection. Only after response from the Midrand branch that operates the WhatsApp number that they'll then start sawing the hair bundles together and prepare my hair. My question is what did I make an immediate payment for hair to only be prepared upon my arrival at the branch. I have already paid for it and gave them enough notice. In regardless, I sent text at 10am. Nobody had returned to me. I took screenshots of when someone was online on that WhatsApp number around 18h00 last night. I requested for my refund, the messages were read and no response till date. Please assist before. I open a case with he police.

We paid R990 for a bus booking on the 26/11/2023 for M&K LUXURY BUS. The bus was departing at 17h00 from PE to arrive on the 27/11/2023 in Bosman. The bus never arrived. The Bus offices Receptionist said the bus never arrived and the drivers that were called said the bus left already meanwhile we arrive at the station at 16h10. When I called the owner, by the name Samson Chanetsa, he said Compiticket was testing the system and allowed for bookings meanwhile the bus was supposed to be operating on the 28th of November. That they will refund us. It has been a story after the other with no payments. Now they're not even taking our calls. I'm complaining to Compiticket because we made a payment online. It's been over a month already with no refund and being sent from pillar to post. Can their Liaison Officer make contact with me.

Oh my goodness!!! I don't know how you hire your staff??!!! All of them were super friendly, always excited and eager to help. I've managed many teams yet I have never seen anything like that before!!! I know that their character traits are excellent. However, I want to encourage you to continue with whatever you've been doing and make them happy. You'll be guaranteed continued success as a business. BOUNCE MALL OF AFRICA is simply THE BEST!!!
