I took a car on rent to own option. Long story shoet had the car for more than a year never skipped payment nothimg serviced the car regular. I got retrenched Dec 2025 contacted them via email spoke to Ria and said i am voluntarary givomg the car back as i am not finding work. So not only do I loose my deposit of R15000 they debit a further R6000 from my account and keep the car. Bewareof theses ******. Even when you do the right thing they take advantage of you.

Terrible service received numerous calls emails to admin@alexforbes.com and to maharajt@alexforbes.com for a claim logged in Dec 2025 and today 25th Feb 2026 nowhere further than yesterday. Still waiting for money I paid due to me!

Worse service ever
I have been trying for two days to get a part for my car. I called this place several times in the course of two days, they have a WhatsApp line which is even more hopeless. For two days I am trying to purchase a regulator and brushes for my alternator as well as a belt. Two days they promise to get back to me, first they don't have stock and going to order it and then want to sell me a complete alternator.

NON SARS Compliant Company
<p>So as my previous review goes these fraudsters are still not coming to the party and I am still paying for their incompetance. Again this year I was penalised for their ignorance and lack of communication.</p> <p>I was supposed to get a R3500 refund from SARS, but because these animals dont respond to email nor calls nor anything on social media, I now sit with a bill of R3800.00</p> <p>Still paying.</p> <p> </p> <p>VERSATEX TRADING 505 you suck....</p>

Tax Frauds
<p>My dillema started years ago when I worked for these crooks! Not even for a long time but a period of <strong>4</strong> <strong>months</strong> in total! I remember the two directors (<strong>Mashilo and Billy Ledwaba</strong>) of the company coming to my house at the time around April of 2014...and offering me a job. The circumstances at the time was that I was working for a government institution at the time in a specialised position. Now their company <strong>Versatex Trading 505</strong> had won the tender at this same government institution and they required my s****s to fulfill their obligations to the tender. They made me the offer which was better than my current salary that I was getting, but the grass is not always greener on the other side! Having said that, this is what transpired in the months to come. 1st month I had to wait two days for my salary, I called Mash( Mashilo) on his cell asked what was happening, he said to me that there was a delay but he would sort it out and he would make the payment in two hours. He (Mashilo) paid me from his credit card. How is know this is because when the payment came through it had His name as reference and when I went to the bank to verify they advised me that it was from a card payment not your normal EFT transfer. The second, third and fourth month similar instances, payments came irregular, but none the less I got paid.</p> <p>So now here comes the interesting part, I tender my resignation and work my notice, do a handover and everything as I am supposed to, then I get called a traitor be these two, why because I resigned and went back to my former employer, but not working on the same project but totally a different contract within Government.</p> <p>Okay getting to the crux of the matter is this: It now comes time for tax documents to be filled and the whole SARS thing! So I call these guys up and ask them to provide me with my IRP5, it cost me literally 15 calls and emails and messages to them to get this information, by this time its already sometime in agust of the year and I have to submit my documents to SARS. Eventually one day I get an email from a Mosima working in the office, sending me a IRP5.</p> <p>So I do the natural thing I submit the info that i was given to SARS via my e-filling, a day or two later I get a call saying please dont submit the info there is an error. So i tell the person on the phone that I had already submitted the info to SARS as soon as I received it. I then got told that they will send me the correct information via email and that I am supposed to submit the updated information. <strong>Till this day I am still waiting for that information.</strong></p> <p>Now the problem is not that I didnt try to get this information, I was hounding these two directors (Mashilo and Billy) almost every day calling sending emails, leaving messages that they never return!</p> <p>One day I get an email from Mashilo stating that he assumed the matter was resolved! That was about a year later. in the meantime SARS rejected my submission and I went in persoanally to their office in Rissik Street Johannesburg to find out what do I do, as according to SARS I owed them an amount of R7000.00 for taxes! Due to the fact that <strong>Versatex Trading 505</strong> not reconcilling their books and according to SARS I gained because I had not paid my Tax, but I have been charged every month for those 4 months by Versatex Trading 505 for tax. So I asked myself the question where did the money go to as the IRP5 shows that they paid tax on my behalf but SARS never received it.</p> <p>It made me question myself why in the Hell! did I ever take the offer they gave me!</p> <p>So here I sit 3 years later still having to pay for their idiotic behaviour and Mickey Mouse antics!</p> <p>Its cost me 3 years of pain and agony, time and money which I cant get back!</p> <p>So here is a warning to everyone out there, <strong>BEWARE OF VERSATEX TRADING 505 - Mashilo and Billy Ledwaba</strong></p>
