Being one to never want to use public toilets, I was left with no choice but to use the ladies bathrooms at Woodlands Boulevards...I was so pleasantly surprised at how impeccable and inviting the bathrooms there are...very clean with an excellent close-lid flushing system...very impressed at the cleanliness. Well-done and keep it up!
My fibre connection went down on Sunday at 7pm today is day 3 and still no feedback, no sign that my issue is being looked into. All I'm getting from Web Africa is that once they have feedback from Vodacom they will come back to me. I'm running a small online business and this is absolutely crippling to me, my livelihood depends on my business and without the internet I cannot earn anything. I'm spending copious amounts of money of data and yet Web Africa has the audacity to debit my account for a service they and Vodacom are failing to provide!!!!!!!! If this is not resolved TODAY I'm definitely cancelling my contract with immediate effect....Rain is on standby!!!
Builders Online Order Confirmation 2012250706. On the 01 December 2021 I placed an online order for 7 butane gas canisters on the Builder's Warehouse website and I received confirmation that my order will be delivered on the 03rd and even paid the delivery fee. The 3rd of December came and went I didn't receive my products. I then visited the branch in Faerie Glen to get my refund and I was told that because it was an online order they would log a call. The call was never logged till this day over a year later I still have not received my refund or the 7 butane gas canisters I ordered. I still WANT my money back or the 7 gas canisters!!! This is such terrible service. How is Builder's Warehouse feel entitled to take my money and refuse to refund me or deliver the products I've ordered!!!!!!
Whatever you do, DO NOT buy a TV at Takealot. I bought my elderly parents a TV at Takealot for Christmas during the Black Friday period it was delivered as scheduled and we decided to open it this week because we were waiting to do it once DSTV is installed. Lo and behold when we opened the TV box which by the way did not have sufficient cushioning, the DSTV installer at hand and ready to connect the TV we find the TV screen cracked and the back of the TV dented. I log a request with Takealot, they collected the TV and today I get an email that I will not get any refund or replacement because I did not report the damage within 7 days. I've explained the reasons why this was not reported within 7 days, we opened the box after 7 days!!!! When this TV was delivered it took the delivery guys a good 20 minutes to find the box amongst the piles of other boxes which were on top of it. Takealot you cannot expect me to be liable for your carelessness! I REFUSE to accept that!! Your 7 day policy is very selective, you apply it when it suits you. I have returned damaged goods after 7 days without an issue. It is not always possible to open your boxes as soon as you receive them for many reasons. I REPEAT, I will NOT accept that explanation Takealot. My parents need a TV before Christmas!!!!
