Unbearable service, no turnaround time, terrible service all round
<p>Been waiting for feedback on my cell phone claim for months. Everytime I call, Cell C surance never pick up the call, if they do, it's the same story that I've heard for months "we have escalated the claim to the UNDERWRITERS". I've paid about R4641 of premiums since to date, from 2013 to date, to the service provider since inception. Yet when I claim, I get the run around. I reported this matter on Hello Peter about 3 weeks ago, I got one call from Cell C, saying that they will prioritise this matter, yet nothing since.</p> <p>My last contract is ending on the 7th of September 2017, I'm due for an upgrade. I will never set foot in a Cell store again, not my kids, not my family. Total rubbish service, I wouldn't this kind of nightmare to my worst anymore. I'm done with Cell C, after 6years of service, rubbish!</p>
