Hi<br> <br> I bought the Lounge Suite last year, when the lounge delivered I have notice damages and scratches, and the Lounge really look old, I have reported all the damages immediately they asked me to take pictures and bring it to the Shop, I did that, 4 months passes I follow up they said no problem they will come back to me 8 months passes I went to the shop and I was told that I must wait for December they received lot of stock so they will exchange it <br> <br> December came I went back they said they are busy with the stock taking they cant help...<br> <br> I don't know what to do anymore I am still paying for this damage goods that was delivered in my house, I am tired of lies and excuses, why must I struggle like this.<br> <br> CAN SOMEBODY HELP PLEASE
My Brother and I bought a kitchen unit for my mother, recently the doors broke, we went to Lewis Secunda three month back to report the incidents, the lady by the name of Lesley, she check if the unit is insured and yes the unit was insured and then she promise that she will send somebody to take a look... we waiting the whole week nobody I call her she said she is waiting for the new unit to replace this one.. when I go to the shop I spoke to a manager she said they were suppose to log my complain in the system, so the very same Lesley now log the complain on the system saying she will send somebody to take a look.. TILL TODAY NOBODY..<br> <br> I've called her, I've talked to her, but she is not even have a heart to understand how is like to have a broken doors hanging in your kitchen for 3 months and she is not doing anything about that and the Manager .<br> <br> This is the warning to others that even if these shop make you to pay the insurance it is for their benefit (look and my situation I don't even know what to do now.<br> <br> It is very sad to see people who are suppose to give you service and help, don't even care, but every months I must pay my installment (WHY)<br> <br> very angry customer
