You as a client is not protected by this company and its biased policy I had an awful awful experience with First Car Rental. Something I wouldn't want to relieve ever or have anyone else for that matter. I mean how can they not protect you when in an emergency situation (accident)and leave you to become a prey to the vultures out there (First Help 24 towing) that took us for R13000.00 of towing and storage. It wasn't my vehicle to start of with and First Car Rental insisted that I go and fetch their car from the yard. Oh what an awful experience. Never again.i will insist that my insurance don't use them in the unfortunate event I need a car rental again.
I played my one and only round for the month of October on Saturday at RCC only to find that 60% of the Greens was in really bad shape. Ball hitting the green and literally bouncing off. I couldn't believe that the club didn't give any warning of this defect as they usually pretty good with this sort of thing. I felt like I didn't enjoy the round and yet I even cancelled Eagle Canyon for RCC just because I so like the Club. Common folks we pay a premium to play on your course and would appreciate some value for the money we spend.
To whom it may concern, This complaint wishes to express, our utmost disconcerted sentiment towards the dealings and modus operandi at Motorite. They have cancelled my current Motorplan on our Honda Jazz even though the contract does not make any reference to their action. As far as we are concerned the vehicle should still be covered under the motorplan we have paid dearly for. Motorite''s contract is not clear on the timelines, neither distances, hence we feel this matter needs to be addresses as they draw people into the attraction of the purchase but don't let up on the finer detail until one wants to claim. I recently had my vehicle serviced and needed to do my windscreen wipers, they refused. This is unacceptable as the consultant Motorite told us not to worry, just get the Dealership to confirm warranty status remains intact and we will make provision to remove the suspension. After this was done by Honda Westrand the still went ahead and cancelled this plan, which we feel terribly bitter over. The folks at Altech Auto page Cellular do not know what they are doing.<br> I am very livid as to date, I have not had any feedback to my queries as per numerous emails and follow ups made.
