It was such a pleasure dealing with Lee-Ann updating my policy cover. She was professional and attentive. King Price employees are friendly, attentive, helpful, and it so happened that last wee, I spoke to a lady named Sarah who assisted with a claim. It was also such a pleasure dealing with her. She kept me updated on the process. Truly, King Price is an insurer of choice. Not forgetting Ashley, who assisted me with a new quote.
I placed an order in May 2024. Till today, nothing and no communication. When we contacted Welle, they confirmed receipt of payment and further confirmed the order being received and will be shipped within 14 days. It has been 4 months, and still nothing. All we receive from them is a hi. I'm so disappointed as this was a gift for my nephew. Please don't order from them.
Unfortunately My Mother passed and she happened to have bought a car from Suzuki. We have notified them so many time to remove our family from their marketing calls and they simply laugh at us. We do not wish any of them to loose their loved ones and get reminded every other month that she passed on through marketing calls. Every time Suzuki employees or marketing agent profusely apologies claiming they did not know about our tragedy and they will make a note that they don't call us again about my mother's car. Two month down the line apparently someone from Suzuki head office who controls marketing call will instruct unsuspecting employee or agent to call us yet again. Any request to remove us from their marketing calls are simply ignored. Suzuki is very insensitive and making a mockery of our tragedy is really not fun and we wish they would stop calling us. The employees are instructed to harrass us about our tragedy and also instructed never to share with us their supervisor in order to prevent us from escalating the matter further. This i'm sure is in preparation for their ignorance claims as their defense. How would they know if they don't want to be told, how would they know if they don't have any mechanism whatsoever to address issues like our tragedy. To SUZUKI we don't matter, we just jokes.... Have a great lough SUZUKI about our tragedy...., just do your best... keep calling us. we will heal one day.
When I bought a new car, I was told is fitted with Netstar and I just need to activate it by a call which i did. The car had specification problems and i had the car returned to the dealer. However, Netstar never stopped billing me for this car. When i enquired they told me i had to do the cancellation in writing, which i did and settled all the invoices to that date. Netstar wouldn't stop billing even after the cancellation. They started harassing me and when i checked with them, somebody at Netstar did not capture my cancellation (SUPRISE, SUPRISE!!), they demanded i pay the bills and send another cancellation, i reluctantly agreed, paid off the bills again and warned them if they don't capture the second cancellation i will no longer pay for any subsequent bills. Netstar with stunning incompetence again did not capture the cancellation it would seem, and kept on billing me some more. I decided to speak to one of their manager about this Steven Thomas, a Credit Controller, he promised to sort it out. that was the last i heard of him, from there i was getting none ending harassment calls from Creditworx who boastfully tell me they will harass me till i concede to pay up. I stood my ground, the HARRASSMENT BY NETSTAR AND CREDITWORX CONTINUES. It's been 2 year now. To all consumers, avoid NETSTER at all cost if you can.
<p>I met a compnay called HeatpumpSA at Decorex that was held from 5-9 August 2016, Decorex at Gallagher Convention Centre in Midrand.. They were show casing their heat pumps and I left my details with them. Roger (owner of the company) called me later and at time i was indeed looking for heat pumps. He sound legit and quite convincing that HeatpumpSA was a ligitimate business. He requested I place an order fast as the prices were going up very soon and had to pay 100% deposit (red flag!!) for him to place the order with his suppliers. He was then to take two weeks to deliver and install. I paid him R40k. Three weeks later he was ignoring my calls, when i threaten him via sms ( ********** 592) that i'll report him to the media, he responded threating me with all his mighty lawyers. He then requested 10 days to return my money. Now he has simply vanished. I'm sure Roger Fawcett will con many more people if he is not stopped. He looks old but very deceiving.</p> <p> </p> <p>He claims that they have website (www.heatpumpsa.co.za ) where they have portfolio of evidence for the work they have done for companies such as FNB, Tsogo Sun Casinos,Southern Suns Hotel corporation, Group 5 Construction developments amongst many other B+B’ s & guest houses. Unfortunately I relied on Decorex to have done due deligence.</p>

I requested Mark to renovate my home (major work was the bathroom and Kitchen) where tilling and extra cupboards had to be installed. Old tiling had to be removed. I expected the work to be complete in two days as the place was very small but he requested one week in order to do the work properly and I agreed and gave him two weeks instead. He promised to complete the work in two weeks. Three weeks later only old tiling was removed, new tilling was being installed at the rate of two tiles a day. The tiles were not straight, my whole bath tub was removed and given away (had to buy a new bath tub) and demanded R2500 for installing a new bath tub. The new bath tub was severely skew. The new kitchen cupboards were skew and doors could not close. He only installed 1/3 of what he was supposed to install even. The place was in a mess with every item covered in dust, his workers smoking in the house. When I demanded him to rectify all these, he packed his tools and left despite I had already paid him R27 000.00 which was more than 70% deposit he demanded to start the work.
I have been paying cellphone insurance premium religiously for the past 2 years. The phone accidentally broke the screen and we took it to MTN Repair service in Midrand. We were advised to launch a claim with MTN insurance via and email [Email Removed] as the phone was still covered. The automatic response came back claiming the query will be addressed in 5 days. Actually we now on day 30 and no one seem to be there to address this query. We have send repeated email requesting feedback but all ignored. We tried calling them on their listed number 083 123 6084 and the phone is temporarily out of service for the past 30 days (more like permanently out of service). So we remain in the dark and no one care to update us on the status of our Claim. There is not alternative number or complaints number where customers can report pathetic service and is as if this company that is withdrawing premium every month from our bank does not exist.<br> <br> This seem like a money making scheme for MTN meant to rip customers as much as they can.<br> <br> IS THERE SOMETHING THAT CAN BE DONE TO STOP MTN FROM REAPING OFF UN SUSPECTING CUSTOMERS WITH THIS BOGOUS INSURANCE???
