Battle to get a refund.
I ordered two items online from them almost 2 months ago. I cancelled the order because they did not have stock. I’m still awaiting a refund. They don’t answer the phone or my emails.

PC Link shop needs to be prevented from doing business .
I bought a all terrain scate board about 6 months back paying over R5000 for it. They don’t responds to my e-mails and don’t take my calls. How can they still doing business online?

Viking Waveskis Not Honoring Deal
I ordered a carbon fiber waveski several months back and paid a deposit of over R12 000.00. After the delivery period of 8 weeks expired I contacted the owner (Gary Dimney) after 10 weeks and I concluded that he is not honoring the deal. I requested a refund and he is not responding to my last e-mail and several phone calls.

Pc Link shop don’t value our deal
I placed an order for a skateboard on the 1 February 2022. Twice did they not deliver as promised. They don’t reply to my last mail and don’t take any phone calls. They don’t seem to value the deal!!

R and S Traders not cooperating
R and S traders does not follow through on a deal to acquire a Hill mk5 handpump. Blades and Triggers in Menlyn (Miso) are trying to get them to send a POP to me and the importer without any luck.

Not happy with Blades and Triggers Menlyn branch
I had a deal with Blades and Trigger Menlyn branch where we agreed that they will provide me with a Hill Mk 4 handpump and a a 300 bar scuba cylinder and filling station. They provide me the incorrect pump (Walther instead the Hill mk4) after I battled to get them to follow through on the deal. I returned the leaky pump. I had to try several attempts to get them to respond. They will now at least get the correct pump. With the scuba tank and filling station I also have issues. After they provided me with a tank and the incorrect filling station/tank they downgraded it to a 232 bar system. They then acquired the correct 300 bar DNS filling station but unfortunately it is a used item. After I've spend a huge amount on several items I feel they really lack proper communication skills and I feel let down.

CCTV Direct not responding
I order 10 LED lights (order number 252250). I've send a e-mail and ask them to indicate when the order will be shipped. No responds. I phone them (Mark 073 904 9197) and there is no answer and I can't leave a message because the mailbox is full.
