Why do they request such a large amount of funds first
It was very professional and good advice given to me
My elderly mother and myself went to get a leather recliner. It cost more than R2400. Was never told that it would crinkle thinner than tissue paper and springs would jump out. When I took them photographs I would have thought that someone would at least be sent to have a look but instead was told to email pics and they would see if head office would consider my complaint. They never explained what bond leather is either. It looks absolutely disgusting like the skin of a 120 yr old person and patches where peeling off.
I cancelled a policy with Hillard and still for months and months they were taking money from me. Every number you dialled for them said wrong number and every email came back as not a box being used. So far they have got over R2000 from me. I eventually after months had to go to the bank to try and sort it out. No notification if I had been transferred to dotsure. They are the most useless company I have ever had to deal with.
Never in my entire life have I heard of a company that for 2 years will not give me a monthly statement via email. I called again today and because I could not tell supervisor how much airtime I had left she refused to send me a statement. Also I canceled 3 of my contracts which was never loaded and was still being debited monthly due to cancellation never being loaded. I have made four trips to vodaworld and still cant get refund of over 3000.00. I asked today for a statement telling lady I no longer had a dr order and she carried on asking for dr order details. What can I do am at wits end. Marlene masella
