I couldn't ask for a better ISP
My internet went down and I logged a ticket on their website via my cellphone. An hour or two later I had a call from an agent there indicating that the fault was linked to Vumatel and that they had been notified. The next day I received at least two calls from Cool Ideas again advising me of the progress with Vumatel at various stages. After the fault was rectified during the night of the day after I logged the ticket I had another call checking up from my end. Brilliant communication

Confidence trashed by their service agent and manager
My first experience was good after my Audi Dual Clutch gearbox failed. They remanufactured the mechatronic unit. 3 Weeks later I had my car back. 1 Week later it failed again and they replaced the mechatronic unit with a new one. They had to outsource the programming of the TCU because they couldn't get it right. The car returned with a hooter fault which revieled crosswiring from the fuse to the relay and 13A 'leaking' to somewhere unknown. I have just got the run around in them agreeing to analyse and rectify the fault.

Incompetant and fraudulant garage door company
First time I used them, I had great service. 2nd time was poor workmanship and a fraudulant parts replacement. The business owner is never available. Stay away from them

Total respect to customer satisfaction and after sales support on their product.
I bought a monitor 2 years ago which started blinking to black screen and when on with a snow like display. They assisted me remotely with the usual trouble shooting advice related to PC drivers and connection cables but after sharing my evaluation procedure with them that identified the monitor as faulty only when connected via HDMI they agreed to replace my monitor. 3 Days later a new monitor arrived from a courier.

Great, service, price and commitment to customer satisfaction
Great service in helping me select components for a PC build, with great prices too. Over and above that, 2 years later they wanted me to keep them in the loop with a warranty claim with Dell over a monitor failure which I bought from them.

Brilliant timber merchant
I am a woodworker and visit many timber merchants. Eco Timbers Honeydew is by far my favorite. Brilliant variety of exotic timbers and excellent service. Their prices are top notch too.

Great fasteners selection and super service
I have been in to JKM sseveral time with only small requirements for fasteners. Brilliant helpful service and have a vast range of fasteners. I have been treated like a big client even though my perchases have been very small.
