I ordered clothes from Superbalist and returned some items on 2 July 2021 via a courier. I got an sms saying the returned items will reach the warehouse in 2-3 days, and that they'll contact me then to confirm next steps. It's now been 17 days, and I haven't heard a word. To make matters worse, Superbalist is unreachable. I've tried contacting their call centre number countless times, and either get cut off or get an answering machine suggesting I send an email. When I sent an email, the email bounced back with a message saying the address is no longer in use. I submitted an enquiry via their website portal, got a message back to ask for my order number and other details. I supplied all the info, but haven't heard back since. The value of the return is thousands of rands, and I'm now finding myself in the horrible position where I can't get it back and can't get hold of anyone to assist me. I also can't access my account anymore. When I try to log in with my usual password, it says incorrect password, and when I click on "forgot password", it says "Something went wrong". I find it utterly unacceptable that a company such as Superbalist is completely unreachable when a return goes wrong. Will certainly not order from them again.
