Fibre off since 31 October 2024. Fibre sorted 03 November 2024 Fibre off on 04 November 2024 Fibre still off. After I told them on Monday that the Fibre is working they switched it off again. They have no idea why it is off and they keep saying they will send a technician. Everytime they get the Fibre running they close the ticket and when it goes off again you must wait 48 to 72 hrs to be assisted.

They waist your time by telling you how nice your car is and take it for n test drive and they will give you a very good price on your car. Then they come back with a pathetic amount. Well belowe book value. Very disappointed. They just waist your time.

<p> I have purchased an Audi A3 Sedan from John William's Motors Bloemfontein in 2015. There was allot of Chip marks on the Front Bumper and a small dent on the Bonnet. They repaired everything and I accepted the vehicle. Just over a year later the paint on the bonnet started fading. I have contacted them and they only replied with a quote from Autobodyworx that shows that they have not done any work to the bonnet. The quote shows work done to the rear bumper? I have asked them who did they use to repair the front bumper and bonnet and they just ignored me.</p>
