I’ve been at La Montagne Ballito for about a week, the most horrible guest experience of my adult life. The guest relations is horrible, the staff is rude and unhelpful, let’s not even start with the badly maintained rooms. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!
Horrible security company. Their call centre is a turfing centre, you call them with a simple query and you will be told about 5 other departments that YOU as the client need to be speaking to. I have been paying for two alarm systems at two houses that both don’t work and NOBODY at the call centre knows who must solve my issue. They are very quick with new contracts though.
Metrofibre Go has a customer service department that cannot be reached by phone, they give you an email address and they take 48 hours to respond to queries. Emails are sent 16:11 and the so-called customer centre closes at 17:00. Horrible customer service!
I have bought a few properties in my life and never have I struggled so much with a law firm. They don't communicate, the don't bother answering phones for queries. I am in Johannesburg and the paralegal assigned to my case is in Cape Town and sends inaccurate updates that don't correlate with what the other (transferring) attorneys have on file. They don't bother acknowledging receipt of or answering emails. At this point, I have lost all hope of my property being registered anytime soon and its been a few months already. I have reached the end of my tether with these people.
