Took my Audi for diagnosis assessment after several failures by an Audi dealer. It took Geartronix less than 2 minutes to diagnose the problem which the Audi dealership could not. Even Audi SA did not assist after requesting advice in writing. I booked in my vehicle and got it back within a couple days. My vehicle is running smoothly and comfortably again. Thanks to the Geatronix team, especially Ruan, who was very helpful. Thanks Geartronix.
Logged a service request for the tracking unit in my vehicle with reference number 11079176 on 12 Dec 2025. Since then I have been calling to enquire about my request. Every time I am the one making follow ups and promised to be assisted "as soon as possible". The staff is making excuses about the HOLIDAYS and forget that I also had plans for the holidays. To me it is an indication that during holidays, this tracker company will not be of assistance should my car be ****** or hijacked. To date no technician has been sent and contact has been made with me. When I call their customer service I am told the request has been escalated to management. On request to speak to the manager , I am told management is not taking calls.
I will like to thank the Alumint team who installed windows at my house during the first week of June 2020. The work was done professionally and the mess cleaned. The work was done with minimal damage to previous installations such as wall tiles on windows with tiles. I give the team 9/10. Thanks also to the sales person at Alumint, Lientjie, who has been helpful even during the uncertain times of the pandemic which led to delays in completing the work as expected. Good job Alumint and your team.
