Ordered a battery and inverter on 05 Dec. Online portal does not show stock on hand, and once payment has been made only will AC Direct inform you that they have no stock. Tried cancelling order, and the request was ignored. How they're still in business given their conduct and other Customer's reviews, beats me. Avoid at all cost
Claimed for windscreen replacement with Miway as the windscreen had a big crack. Insisted on an OEM and Miway declined the request. Insurance is based on a principle of replacing the loss and Miway insists on generic/shatterprufe windscreen. In my last trade in I was penalised for not having an OEM windscreen. Unfair insurance practice as this Should have been disclosed when I was taking out the policy.
Sent through additional requirements to show that an exclusion was incorrectly applied. 3 weeks later no response from the broker or his Regional Manager. There is lack of transparency regarding underwriting especially when decisions are being disputed.
Lodged a claim through the app and only got contacted 4 days later. I was busy at the time and tried to call Nhlanhla Nkosi on 3 occassions in one day and phone on voice mail. Send an email and the was no response. Only feedback I got was an sms claiming that they cant get hold of me and they only made an attempt once. So quick when selling policies but snail pace and assisting with claims
Took out a policy more than 5 years ago. When wanting to increase cover, underwriting process takes way too long and virtually there is no person who can assist with understanding why it takes so long. Service centre has no clue and all they do is give vague answers.
I had an excellent and engaging service from Sifiso Moeketsi. It's always a pleasure dealing with your Service/Sales Consultants as they are clued up and always eager to assist

I want to commend the excellent service that I received from Madonna this Morning.<br> I initially spoke to a gentleman who kept speaking over me (I asked him to ring me back and he kept on talking and failed to call back) and then when I called the third time I got through to Madonna, who promptly called me back.<br> <br> I explained to her what the problem was, and she listened and provided a solution. I must say I haven't had a pleasant experience dealing with one of your Agents Rochelle ( I think) and Madonna was the total opposite.<br>
