****. Training got cancelled and unable to get a refund. Contact numbers not working. Nothing says **** more than another **** possitive reiview with a title reading "Definately not a ****".
I have recently became aware of subscription charges on my account from: p-squarem-games-c-01 AirG Gold I never subscribed to these services and this has been charged to my account for the last couple of months for Sqaurem Games and for more that a year for AirG Gold. I requested from the consultant I talked to proof of subscription, but I was told this is an private service. However when I went into Vodacom Live (which I NEVER use) I saw that there was daily purchases made from my account which I definitely didnt do. I demand that vodacom provide me with the proof of subscription to these services (which the consultant cancelled today). If not, the amounts charged should be remunerated from their side. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have been a vodacom client for many years and I know I should check my itemized billing more carefully, but why should the onus rest on the client to double check everything they are being charged for?! If this is not attended to, this is typically cases that make clients seek other services providers. I hope to hear from a Vodacom representative soon. Regards Rikus
I have logged a complaint 5 weeks ago regarding a dropping line and dismal speeds. A technician did an inspection and confirmed the fault on Telkom's side. Apparently it is a damaged cables which he gave over to the cable maintenance department. 4 Weeks and I have received nothing. My line drops every 2 mins and my speeds remains just above 0. I have logged a cancellation of service and will be getting fibre from another service provider. For the time I have been with Telkom, it was not a pleasure at all. I will certainly not be going back.
To whom it may concern.<br> <br> I do not normally write reviews, good or bad, but today I am making an exception. <br> <br> For the past 6 years I have used Takealot (starting with Take2) and not ONCE have I received bad service, faulty deliveries, damaged merchandise or anything bad for that matter. Today again I ordered an item, which was in stock and I received it at my offices a few hours later. This is ridiculous. <br> <br> I would just like to say THANK YOU! Thank you for making my live easier and saving me a lot of time and money. I will continue using Takealot and will advise anyone to do the same. Please keep up the good work guys.
