Terrible service I even think they might be con artist. I was contacted by revco in the month of June 2021, requesting I pay me FNB revolving credit account. I had been retrenched and my provident fund had just paid out. They advised that if I paid the same day they would give me a discounted rate and my debt would be sorted out. They gave me an amount and I paid it the same day. 10 June 2021, I have the bank statement to prove it. Thinking I did the right thing and that my problem was sorted out I forgot all about it. When I had the opportunity to buy a house the bank checked my credit score just to find out that FNB has been charging my fnb account which I don't use anymore. For this reason there are return debits from June up until now. Killing my chances at a home loan. I then contacted Revco requesting my settlement letter by phone and email. and to this day, I have no response. My credit score in now in the toilet because of what Revco didn't do and I am just not getting any response from the company, how is this possible. They are playing with my life
As a business we applied to SMTAX through their web portal for in order to become a VAT registered business. We are a small company and was in the process of getting a vendor number with a big organisation and it is their policy that they do business with VAT registered company's. For this reason we approached SMTAX. We spoke and I explained what needed to happen and why, they then sent us a quotation and we paid what they had requested. This was in the month of May- June. Up to date we are still not registered for VAT, it is now end October. They dont make contact and they dont reply to any of our emails. They have basically taken our money and run away. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever seen not to mention because of the delays we have lost the business from the client we have been perusing which could have resulted in hundreds of thousands of Rand's revenue for this small business. Please get these people to contact us, We need the details of our SARS profile so we can appoint a different firm. We would also like our money back.
<p>Please Telkom if you cannot assist me all I ask is for my money back. Now I am being held randsom as there is just nothing I can do. Nobody contacts me, I am just in the dark. I have started a business and am relying on a land line and internet connection. If I knew this was the service I would recieve from a major orginisation like telkom I would have never even steped foot on your store, I have now been waiting 6 weeks just for you to install a line to my house. All i know is that my order is with the cabing deparment and that nobody can give me any information as to how long this will take. I really do not want your services anymore and would like to cancel the contract but nobody can help me with that either. </p> <p>Please assist me before I personaly take this thing further </p>
<p>Hi </p> <p>I would like to express my disgust with telkom I think they have no compation or customer care values what so ever.</p> <p> </p> <p>I reported last that I have had no luck with my ADSL connect 3 technitians and 4 weeks later with absolutly no sign of things getting better. Since my last report nobody has even been out to assess the situation and I am at the point now where I do not want telkoms services anymore.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like them to refund the R700 I paid for this installation and I will go and find a new service provider.</p> <p>I need this line to run my newly started business but at this rate I will never get off the ground.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please inform me on how I can have this useless contract cancelled and where can I collect my money.</p>
<p>I applied for a adsl and phone line about 3 weeks ago, I have now had 3 technicians at my house telling me the same thing. The first guy said he needs the cabling department to come out and a contractor to cut a tree in my yard and my neighbors yard so that he could have a line of site for the cable. Then the cabling guy comes the next week and tells me the same thing, that he needs the tree cutting contractor to sort out the tree and that he would arrange it. Then today a new tech comes and tells me exactly the same thing. So nobody has sorted out the tree and I'm 3 weeks behind with my bussiness venture. I need to get my phone and adsl line up and running. Please help </p>
Good morning.<br> I have 4 contracts at MTN, I have been a client of MTN for around 10 years now and in all this time I always take top up contracts because I dont want to get an unexpected surprise at the end of the month. My installment on my contracts are usually around R 2000 and I budget for it as such. At the beginning of this month I was debited R 7500, So I knew that at the time MTN had some labour issues with regards to strikes so I thought this must be a mistake. I then went to the bank, reversed the debit order and paid R 2000 as I am use to paying. I received a SMS on saturday stating that I ow R 6500 and MTN would suspend my contract, so I went to the store and found out that my Ipad contract was a open contract after I requested it to be a top up, because my children play with the device, I dont know what to to, the truth is I can not afford to just pay this amount and I do not have a leg to stand on because I trusted that this was a top up contract when I upgraded this contract. This is unacceptable from a service provider please assist me I dont even remember the consultants name at saveways MTN that upgraded my contract. I upgraded about 1 year ago
Hi I was contacted by My Way insurance company with the challenge that if they could not beat my insurance premium they would pay me R1000. I took up the offer and My Way insurance could not give me a better deal or insurance premium. They then told me to email them proof of my insurance and premium and they would deposit the money as soon as they receive the confirmation. that was more than a month ago. My Way insurance are liers and should stop with their false advertisements. Those insurance quotes take a long time to complete over the phone and I would like to receive what was promised to me.
