If you ever want to get bad service and be overcharged for scanning and e mailing, pay a visit to Jetline Fourways Mall. And if you complain you can be rest assured that the owner will not even bother responding. They have a massive shop that you see empty most days so I would assume *********** the public to pay the rent is the only way they can cover their costs.
After 28 years, I am leaving MWEB. I am tired of being ******ed and sued for products that we do not even have. I am tired of being forced to pay monthly fees on products I do not have to be able to keep my e mail address I have used for 28 years. Its a case of if you want to keep the mail, pay what we charge you and honestly, thats ***** and *******ion.
I am so disgusted at the ************** by Pick and Pay. Their new incentives to get wealthy people to shop at them means that only the Private FNB clients and the Wealth RMB clients are offered 30% and 20% cash back and discounts as a reward for being wealthy and shopping at Pick and Pay. So now, they are welcoming the rich to shop with added benefits but the wealthy do not shop there. They shop at Woolies. I am not poor but do not bank with FNB, The worst bank ever and feel that this ************** is worse that ******. Pick and Pay, you have lost my family as clients and I hope and pray that many others will follow suit! Be happy with the wealthy people who want the products that your stores cannot provide as you are not upmarket enough to be able to afford and stock them! Your staff are rude and arrogant, chew gum and shout across the store to each other and and are totally useless. Lets see how the wealthy who are used to pristine service put up this there nonsense.
I had huge issues with Capital Legacy, to a point where I cancelled my will with them due to terrible service. However, my parents decided to stay with them only after brilliant service from a single gentleman, De Wet Olivier. Honestly, without him my parents would have been chased away as well. Sanlam and Capital Legacy should take note of this gentleman and maybe make sure that all their staff are as well trained and efficient as he is. The 5 start rating is not for the company but for the person himself- De wet Olivier, you rock and I hope your bosses appreciate you!
MWEB are ********s. When a company takes money for services it does not provide its ***** and makes a company a ******** entity. I am so sick of having MWEB take money that is not due. There are no intelligent people working at MWEB. There is never a call answered, e mails are ignored and you cannot get anything done. ***** seems to be the way this company is making a living and the sick thing is that no entities are around to stop this kind of ********ity.
Disgusting service. After months of calling and not getting through to anybody and dozens of mails being sent, MWEB are now suing me for breach of contract when they themselves failed to move my fibre package when we moved. Despite sending all the forms in and getting acknowledgement, they are in silent mode, getting their attorneys to deal with this matter. They are in for a fight and a half if these ******* people think I am paying them a cent. The pity is they were great until they went BEE route and now they should hang their head in shame.
Remax Evolve Cedar Tree Office Park has to be the worst estate agency around. They rented us a house full of flaws and a burst geyser. They made assurances in writing they would resolve these issues and to be fair a few were resolved. However, the rest have not been including the burst geyser leaving us with no Kitchen taps to use as the pipes are rusty and ice cold water in the showers. Despite numerous calls and e mails, the principle of the branch Candice never responded to one of them and only after she got a legal letter did she send an e mail stating that she feels for us but there is nothing she can do. I must according to the contract deal with the owner. She said I must understand that Remax had outlaid a lot already and could not be of assistance. The owner lives in the Congo and Remax are the managing agents on the house- we cannot even get hold of the owners as they will not give us their contact details. Remax head office say there is nothing they can do as each branch is independently owned and cannot force the principle to do anything. Shocking to say the least. They were quick to send you a invoice for over R43 000.00 but now that they have their money they are just trying to play innocent and hard done by and walk away! This is going to go very public as I am not prepared to be taken advantage of. I have already sent an e mail to a well known consumer journalist and I will be contacting a well known TV personality who is known to tackle rogue people. Remax should have told us upfront about the geyser and not committed to fixing the flaws. I would have not rented the house if I had known this so they basically cannot be trusted.
I had a great experience with Fedex today. Normally its such a mission to deal with courier companies but today I was helped by a person called Amanda Ericson and I was pleasantly surprised! Very few companies in South Africa offer any kind of customer care and certainly not good customer care when you can actually get hold of somebody to talk to. Amanda was amazing and made the experience excellent. It makes me want to change my courier company to Fedex. People always complain but this is a massive compliment to Fedex South Africa! They should hire more staff with etiquette and professionalism like Amanda Ericson!
