I purchased a pair of Ray Ban P aviator brown POLRIZED sunglasses from them and received my order promptly except they were NOT polarized so I returned them ans they were collected by "The courier guy" and I reordered what I wanted again with POLARIZED in big letters, I was sent an order with a photo showing the logo "Ray Ban P" but again received an UN-POLARIZED pair and now I have been trying to return them but they WILL NOT tell the "The courier guy" to collect them and they Will Not reply to my emails, what must I do to get them to collect the incorrect order and refund the R3998.00 they are sitting on?
