Appalled by the customer service. Game Pinetown My tv went in for repairs on 12th Dec. Up to date we dnt hv our tv back. Its holidays n kids was without tv. Called in and apoke to Rishi who sd he will call back but did not. I called and was told he will call me and when he did whilst speakn to him the call cut. This was more a week ago. And up until today he did not call back. I tried calling the pinetown branch but cannot gt thru.
I signed up for a pricelock n was told that the pause, play n stop functions are included in price. Every month my account was debited for diff amounts. I called the call centre n was told I paying R95 for the above functions. Firstly i was misled by the agent. Calls are recorded so they cn pull recording. Then was told my account is overdue by certain amt which is nt possible coz they debiting amt. Then this month charged me again R95 for those functions bt still disconnected the functionality. I was told last month tht they made an error to say its overdue n will reverse to date it has not been reversed. I paid for pvr functions although it was suppose to be included in price lock but it was still disconnected . Basically im payn for something and dnt hv. The amt of money I spend on phoning them is ridiculous. Highly irate n annoyed
I applied online to open an edgars account. i uploaded relevant docs. I then received an sms stating that they need bank statement again, which i have sent. I tried calling to find out if my account has been approved however was told to go in the store... i applied online because savs time. is it so hard to take my details and let me know if it has been approved???
My husband and i have decided that we would go under Debt Review to assist with easier account payments. We continously have problems with Debt Eraser who are based in SHallcross. This year January 2018 we decided to call them and advise them that we no longer want to be under Debt Review. I was advised that i have to pay R3000.00 for them to remove the order. i paid that amount within a week. To date nothing has been done. No correspondence to me at all. i have to keep calling or emailing in order to hear something. They are one of the worst Companies i have dealt with. Their staff turnover is so often its nt funny. The staff that they do have has no knowledge of what they are doing or whats happening. Every time i email them there is a new lie i am told. Uttelry disgusted with their service. The owner really needs to do customer service training with staff. O no wait he also needs the training.
I have opened a Nedbank account about 13 years ago. About 11 years ago i was in hospital and my bag was stolen. My Nedbank cards were used and when i became aware of this i opened a fraud case. Not a single person from Nedbank called in the past 11 years about this account. This year i get a phone call from Nedbank saying that i owe +-R65000.00 which was initially +-R20000.00. I was told to send an affadavit (which i had previously did) stating what had happened and a case number. I sent another affadavit with their requirements. I was then sent an sms that the Sherrif is going to attach goods, i called the number and was told that i should go to the nearest NEDBANK branch and they will open an investigation. I went to the branch and was told that this cannot be done as the account is TOO OLD. I am trying to sort this account out but NEDBANK refuses to help. In 11years i did not receive a single call and now NEDBANK wants me to make an arrangement to pay for something that i had reported was stolen. HIGHLY IRRITATED NEDBANK very unhelpful
My family and I went to the above restaurant. My meal was nt right and I brought it to the managers attention, an he agreed. I was fiven another meal which was raw, this was witnessed by the waiter. I then said.it was fine I don't want another meal because my family had finished. I have rhe entertainer app on my phone which entitles me to one free meal which tbe managet in turn regused. Tbe manager was Trevor. I was in total disgust when he agreed and sd to me its because um indian he is doing this, if I was white he would not have. Is tht not being racist? I was apalled. Shawn, another manager assisted n eas good to me. I am utterly disgusted S the racist comment was mafe in front of my kids. I think Trevor is in the wrong field as he definitely does not have customer etiquette. Disgusted
