Shocking service, private banking , interesting that I spent R30k for the last 5 years just to have ' that private" banking account with nedbank , never saw or heard from that "Private banker" When i needed an assistance to close my account with Nedbank as I see no value in paying that much money to just have the same account my fried is paying R7 for , been 2 days in waiting for that banker to call me , when I tried to reach them out via chat I ve been told, just call them , when I called then they will again put me through to that useless 'private' banker or I can go to the bank to close it, thank you nedbank for such a waste of monthly money and shout out to Sello Moilwa an employee of the year!!! :(((
Wanted to move my 3 home bonds and my Business Profile to FNB away from Capitec, did come to Sunninghill branch, people who worked there couldnt care much, told me to open a Business account will take time, go call to Home loans (which i did was waiting for 21 minute on the line with no luck , left call me back earlier with no luck as well, thats why I came to you)Shocking attitude really, doesnt look like they need new clients at all
We have rented the premisses for 3 years from this company, never missed payments, but the rent there was over R34 000 , and we somehow signed the deal for R13k , we have decided not to extend the lease as was just stuff added on top every month, was no feedback from landlord, they came to see us once close to the end of the lease" to ask if anything wrong" so they can extend the lease, yes was lots wrong , like temperature of the aircon that was constantly freezing , we have complained multiple times, but no one cared, or stuff from the elevator that have been stored at our parking for over a year and we were still charged for the rental parking space and had to park elsewhere, or cocroaches, was lots wrong, but no one cared. When we moved in we have received the place in the condition of dirty cement floor and purple wall, allowance that landlord gave us was barely enough to put walls, we have spent over R50K to place laminate, over R20k on wallpapers, doors. Over 20 k on cupboards, intercom, cameras ( we have left all of it inside and did renovations for our own cost when we have moved out, we have videos of whatever we have left), we have vacated premisses 2 months prior to end of the lease and didnt use any of their common electricity or all other utilities. Now we have received email that we owe them over R12 000 for their common area electricity bill and their rude person (I never dealt with such RUDE person in my life, it wasnt one incident that we had to talk to this person with the name of Keen ) was threatening to me saying that he will send sheriff to take our stuff, I said great, lets sell everything we have left there and recover YOUR cost which he said its fittings and we cant have it, today we have received another bill (its DEcember and they kept sending us bills when rent ended in September, already for another R10 000 bill again and looks like its interest rate of R12k ) Run if you even thinking of getting a place from this place, I dealt with Broll, Emira before, but never dealt with such disgusting attitude from the landlord if I knew they would act like this I would have ripped everything off and left the place in the condition I have received it, but now they have received office in 5 star condition, probably already got tenants and I need to pay for their electricity we never used, I hope Karma will catch up with you and you ll get the best tenants ever there.,
My contract has expired over a year ago, no one let me know about and they kept billing me R850, then when I called to cancel they convinced me to switch to a better contract for R350 only and I said are you sure its R350, yessss I got a bill for R1200 ,they signed me up for 20G of data without my concent *I don't need data i have fiber at home and at work and 499 contract, not 350, 499, its illegal, I have logged a complaint that hasn't been resolved and I have received another bill for R1200 ,you guus are the biggest criminals in this country!!!!!!
We deal with Spanish company and been delivering products through UPS all the time, and every time is the same story, no one gives you any feedback, just ignore you and keep promising, it takes 2 days to deliver stuff from Spain, but like a month of keep begging UPS to resolve the matter!!!Question is why this company is still on the market????Will never use their services again!!!Pathetic, useless people work there!!!!
