Bought some special lightbulbs online from Zebbie. Was worried about service after reading reviews on Hellopeter about other lighting suppliers, but Zebbie was fantastic. Very reasonable pricing and modest courier charges, and fantastic service with frequent feedback both from them and the courier company, Fastways.
We bought a very expensive solar backup electrical system from them about 4 years ago. Now when I need some service they cannot be contacted. I know most of their competent staff left them.
I ordered a "knee" pillow from them. They sent the wrong product. I have tried numerous times to phone them on all numbers I can find, and have messaged them on their website, and emailed them to their sales email address. All to no avail. No responses or replies
We realised some investments with Liberty. It took over 6 weeks and I don't know how many phone calls to get the funds paid. They never once came back to advise of problems or what other documents were needed. Our people had to phone time and time again to find out what was happening. The Liberty staff were completely unhelpful and apparently "couldn't care less" about their clients. Will never invest with them again, and would warn other people to be careful.
I used to be an admirer of Vumatel when they started. However they are now absolutely terrible. Many subscribers to their fibre work from home, and are completely reliant on good internet. However when a problem occurs it can take well over a week for Vumatel to sort it out. You are also not allowed to contact them directly, and have to work through your ISP. My ISP says they also cannot contact Vumatel directly and talk to someone. This week they have been up and down for sometimes over half a day. They did sy last week that there might beb some disruptions this week, but it has been chaos. I have lost a lot of money as I give on-line courses to professional engineers during the week and have had to cancel some. It is absolutely disgraceful.. I think they need a thorough management shakeup, and should realise they are now an essential service.
I ordered a graphics tablet from ShipTU on May 22nd 2020. They took my money and acknowledged the order, and that is the last time I heard from them. I have emailed them 4 times, and get a standard reply that due to a spike of orders they will not to be able to reply quickly. I think that I have probably been scammed and have lost a lot of money. They also don't have a phone number on their website. If I don't get a reply in the next few days I will probably lay a charge with the police.
